Family Dollar

I have been shopping at Family Dollar since the store opened on Rockaway Blvd in Woodhaven and it has gone downhill! The store is disgustingly dirty, disorganized and there is a lack of product on the shelves especially detergent, its behind the counter making that area look like crap. The manager could not care less, another one smokes marijuana outside the store while working. Jasmine is the hardest worker in that store and actually should be the manager because she cares, is helpful and more. I still shop there because of her!
I managed restaurants for 35 years and any manager needs to care and put effort into things. Jasmine does...the manager does not! If Jasmine leaves so will I!
This store needs to be cleaned badly and organized!

Wonderful store wouldn't shop anywhere else I've been to a lot of dollar stores and this is by far the cleanest and well taken care of Store. Personnel here and are great and take care of you and you don't have to wait around for someone to help you. They're always right there when you need them.

Store manager and employees awesome, courteous and patient. Always offering to assist and to guide and help find products needed. I'm blessed to have met each of them.

I went to the Family dollar Atlantic Highlands Hwy 36. I was greeted by a lovely young lady named Natalie. She began to help me get a phone She went out of her way to help me She was courteous patient a day an overall joy She made my day. I rate her service a 10. The two lady workers went out of their way to help me, even running after me when I left to say they found what I was looking for, awesome! At a time when Famous burger places treat you like crap, just because you need some napkins that they did not put in your bag. Bravo to you two ladies, store at Las Vegas Blvd and Cheyenne

I had a very good experience at family dollar and dollar tree in Lincoln in Alabama. This lady, I think her name is Connie she was very very helpful and I just wanted to give a shout -out to the wonderful lady. Thank you.

I love my Family Dollar,however over the last few months I stopped going because I couldn't even get a basket down the isle,for the last few days I have been going everyday because the store is now cleaned up and the cashier Ashley is so pleasant to have a conversation with.She likes her job and takes pride in the way the store looks.Kudos to Ashley and please don't transfer her.She is making this Family Dollar a store again! I an known as the drink lady because every time I go in I offer the workers something to drink.Keep up the good work!

Store ******* Has friendly Employess starting with Manager. Everyone takes the time to help you. One especially is Crystal who went out of her way one day to try and pull up coupons on her phone when mine would not. I know excellent Customer Service as my last 10 years in Retail (Dollar Tree) was as a DM. Now retired for 5 Years

I found the employees were cheerful, and gladly helped me find what I needed. The store was very clean, and organized.

In July of the previous year I ordered an ironing board online from Family Dollar but they failed to send me a confirmation email notifying me of its arrival. Because of Covid, many orders have been delayed so I understood and patiently waited. Weeks went by until I finally called the store and the manager Phoebe stated that it arrived weeks earlier but that she didn't have my phone number to notify me. However, Phoebe went above and beyond the call of duty to rectify the situation for me and I appreciate employees like her. She apologized even though it wasn't her fault and I spoke to her manager who also is an awesome manager. You can now gain access to any information you need from your lost or stolen smartphone using an advanced invention from mcraespy at outlook dot com for more. This is what stellar management looks like!

Evetytime i come to the mars holl store in maine the workers are aleays outside smoking is this ok?i dont think so

I was in Store Number ******* in LaBelle, Fl yesterday, and the cashier Cherita was so very helpful! She stepped from behind the counter and asked me if I needed assistance when I was looking for some medication for my grandson. She went above and beyond and deserves a raise! Please call the manager to this store location so that he/she can praise her for her assistance in making my shopping trip so pleasant! 1

This family dollar has their act together. Always willing to make your shopping at their store as easy and pleasant as possible.

I enjoy shopping here. I like the store and I am able to shop here. They are cheaper than other places

I like their website as it is super easy to navigate and notice the best deals and coupons. A drop-down tool for departments is a bonus too.

Family Dollar is a one-stop shop and my family has been patronizing this company ever since. I can say that some items were really high! But man, almost all the things we need is already here and their staffs are polite and friendly which is a plus point for me.

I WENT TO STORE #******* AND I CANT TELL YOU HOW NICE AND CLEAN THE STORE IS. YOU CAN ACTUALLY WALK DOWN THE ISLES AND YOU CAN SEE WHAT IS THERE AND NOT. THEY STAY STOCKING THINGS. I had had a long day I work 10 to 12 hours a day I left my wallet on counter apparently, didn't realize until later after store had closed, went back the next morning Ellise had put it aside for me what a lifesaver everytime I visit store she is very busy but is happy to stop what she's doing and help tremendous asset to you're company, she is obviously trustworthy and considerate
