Roubaram me em dois dias 71,98 de cancelamento de cadastro que nunca fiz em outro site deles o moii365.
Nunca me cadastrei nesse site e debitaram da minha conta uma assinatura um cancelamento somado ao da Falina totalizou o valor de quase 80 euros em 2 dias.

I ordered smth then canceled immediately, apparently it was a subscription for something I did t even sign, without my knowledge. After a while I saw that 500 euro's was deducted from falinas. They offered 50 euro return! Im still laughing... I can hardly pay my bills... they still refuse to pay back.

I should have read the reviews! My product was perfectly satisfactory and the price was good (but not great). Like many another I did not know I was signed up to their VIP club. They took money 2 moths ago and I complained and they said they would cancel my membership but they have taken money again. My credit card company is not being helpful so I may end up having to cancel the card. No sign of getting my money back either.

Check and see if there is an opt out of joining their club once in hard to get out.

I've ordered a product for 17€ that after 16 days is still not arrived. They write '*Charged once shipped'. Well it's false
Today I've discovered that they have charged on my credit card 37€, 10 days after the purchase, for a VIP membership I've never asked for and of which I've never received any communication about the amount.
It's a disgusting way of working, a scam and I believe the other reviews are fake.

They charge you 47 euro for the Vip memebership you don't even realized that you agreed to be (their vip whatever) and charge 14 days after (every 14 days), using your credit card without your permission.
How is this possible? As I see reviews...they did it so many time and nobody can stop them. Crazy!
Not sure how this has happened. But they have easily got access through me buying one very small product to take money from my bank account for something I do not want of have had. When querying with the customer chat line on the site, they were of no help whatso ever and have given me the wrong email address to complain. I will be taking this further. I cannot believe companies like this still can exist.

IMPORTANT: Company registered in Denmark and the European Consumer Centre (ECC) in the Netherlands already have apparently many complaints from different countries about Falinas.
Read the report carefully, they clearly establish that it is illegal to hide in the fine print that when purchasing a product you are accept a hefty subscription.

They are stealing from people, and they know it.
In my particular case, over 320 euros, and I will start claiming through the bank.
Easy payment, nice price no shipping fees if you buy more than 50 euros.

I did buy 17euros item, I didn't subscribe to anything in this website and I received an email together with my order saying that I was part of the family, later on mentioning a Freemium with 0 charge. I didn't put to much attention because the charge then was 0euros. Sounds logic right? Freemium= free, no, they charged me monthly 24.95 euros and I don't even use anything from them, never subscribed. Keep you out of this scam.

It is an scam. They offer cheap prices to get you into montly subscriptions. Will you read the terms and conditions to buy something of 10euros? Pay 5 euros more and avoid paying 25euros to them...

I received an email from a company I know, but hidden behind it, was a scam by this company. A disgusting scam to get credit card details. Time it was shut down.
I've order deodorants in glass bottles. Because of very poor packaging two of bottles came cracked, product was going out. Basically not possible to use it without hurting your hands. The only answer what I'm getting it's that product it's still inside so everything is fine. I didn't pay for cracked useless bottles and glass all over the box though. Horrible customer service, they can't admit that they did something wrong and its their fault..
STAY AWAY! I have just found out that as a result of a purchase I did, they have debited my credit card with 39,90 EURO each month for the past five months. If you buy something, they steal you money and don't give it back. Never experienced anything like this before. They now owe me 200 Euro that I will never see again.

Falinas.com runs a fraudulent membership scheme, in which customer, ticking "Go to safe payment" box in the check-out process commits to paying 47 euros biweekly. The funds are valid for 30 days from the transfer day and are non-refundable. There is no request for authorisation of any of the payments, the only confirmation by email informing the customer of a "top-up" of 47 credits, easily dismissed as a marketing mail (as was my case). Most clients are caught out through small purchases, of 20 euroes or less, when they are less likely to be vigilant about the small print.
The T&Cs are send to email after the purchase was made, require clicking on a link and have the small print format, with many clauses, amongst which the membership conditions are hidden.
None of the funds are available for withdrawal.
Cancellation of membership comes with either 30 days cooling period (when you can opt out of one off payment, if you forget to do it again after 2 weeks another one will be taken out), or you have to pay 6.95 for cancellation. In my case there was an attempt made to take 6.95 out despite me choosing the cool off period option.
This company makes fortune by stealing from the customers. I have no intention of using my credits on their products, but, from what I see in other reviews, if you wanted to do that (it feels like less of a waste, doesn't it) you are unlikely to receive any of the products anyway. Cancellation without refunds, lack of product and fake delivery proofs are mentioned by others.
My advise is - if you fell victim of this (I don't want to think of thousands of less internet savvy victims of this scam), inform your bank straight away and proceed with fraud accusation. Bombard Falinas with emails demanding your account status from the opening day (I still haven't seen mine) and full refund of all costs. For us it is nearly 400 euros at this point. It is a significant amount of money.
Make complaints to every authority you can think of. I have seen Danish police dept mentioned, as well as ECC local to your country.
Ideally they would be shut down, but they have been getting away with it for so long already, it's hard to think they will. Would be good to get media on it.
I would like to know how much they have stolen so far.

Do not use this site, even if products appear cheap. They are not. If you opt out of the VIP membership the price is 2 or 3 fold the one advertised.

As fast and as much as possible, I have a complaint hanging for fraud. I'm open for full refund, if not complaint stands and will be processed by my MasterCard/ bank insurance.

They lure you into filling in your credit card number, place your order, and then pretend the item has shipped, but they do nothing but deduct your membership fee. When you waited more than a month for your express delivery and asked for a refund, they told you that you could only refund half of it. How can we make this fraudulent company receive the punishment it deserves?

Over 3 months waiting for my order, only to have it cancelled, after many many contacts from my side. Promised compensatory credits. UK account closed without warning, credits can't be used.
Promised credits in return for good reviews. Even if the prices are good, stay away. Pay a bit more and don't throw your money (and time) down the drain.
Scammers that get you into a membership subscription you didn't ask for, Ive lost 180 euros worth of payments before i noticed what was happening. Refund is not possible, and resigning your subscription is enormously difficult. Honestly, all positive reviews on this website are bots or company accounts because this falina people are just common thieves.
The ordering was satisfactory, no problems with postage etc. However, I just checked my bank balance and Falinas have billed my credit card for a further €24.95. The reason is to remain in their "VIP Club". This may suit some regular buyers of cosmetics but in my case it was a one-off purchase. Their customer service refused to refund me because I didn't opt out. The tactic is clearly a way to build up a loyal customer base... I certainly won't be buying from them again.

They are a sophisticated fraud company. First, they tricked you to activate the VIP pass and then if you want to cancel it they don't even return your money. They said if you cancel within 14 days we will return your money but they don't. Second, they sent me my parcel after many days and the quality was soo bad. I don't even know what to do with that.
They also saved my credit card information without even telling me and I'm pretty sure that's illegal.
You can check their website and it's full of lies, you can't even see the reviews because there is no review functionality and they just show you the fake rating.

SCAM! They charge you monthly after you buy from them, don't buy! This "VIP-subscription" they charge you for is also a big hoax, they inflate the prices astronomically and then show you that you get a great deal. In fact, even with this "deal" they still charge more than market value! Also, they charge you once u discover this and want to leave. No ounce of decency.
This is a scam with fake office address and telephone number! They will simply steal money from you and debit your card a few times after that without your knowledge.
Their positive reviews here are totally fake!
