Wow, therere so many negative comments about fairywigs. Am I the lucky one? May be. Anyway, Im very satisfied with my new wig. It was customized completely according to my requirement - chin length, no bangs, sun kissed hair color.
The wig they gave me had this weird white plastic on the parting of the wig. It does not match my natural scalp, and I can't take the plastic out. The wigs I ordered were completely different from the ones online in the pictures. I emailed them for a refund because this companies phone number doesn't work. Their phone number is supposedly from New York, the same with their address.*******600, 2182 Broadway Manhattan, New York 10286 the exact address) But despite this claim, it had chinese characters on the packaging address meaning that they LIED. This is a total scam, please do not buy from them.
I too have been looking at their website. The first thing that popped into mind was "where are the pictures of the actual wigs?" After all, so many of the pics are models who had their hair done by stylists at top salons around the world. Many of the pics are out of the Hair magazines. Sure I would love to have some of the hip, ombre or tip dyed wigs they show. But you have to wonder about a site that shows that many pictures but does not show ONE of the wigs they made to look like the pictures. I emailed them & was told they had a "staff of professional hair cutters & colorists etc that could copy the picture". Well considering the extremely high end cuts and colors they show you'd think they would want to show the wigs they actually made if they are so good.
Just remember that old saying: If it sounds too good to be true...
