Fairy Season

I ordered a pair of shoes that came broken and they offered to only give me 10% of a refund to keep them. I could send them back but the shipping would be more than what the shoes cost. So essentially they got to keep all my money and I got to keep a pair of shoes that never could be worn. Don't buy from them they rip you off!

I would give it no stars if I could. The clothes are cheap quality and when I tried to return items that didn't fit AT ALL, they wouldn't give me a refund (after 7 emails going back and forth trying to get a return authorization). I greatly regret ordering from this site and will never do it again and will be passing it on to everyone I know.

Do yourself a favour and shop local! I didn't realize this crap came from China as it was Fairy Season Canada. If they ship to Canada, they should have a reasonable return policy. Total $#*! clothing.

I ordered sneakers for my daughter using the sizing chart on their website. The sneakers were way too big. I tried to exchange them and was told I couldn't. The only return address is in China and would cost too much to return there. The "Return Policy" on their website mentions nothing about not being able to return or exchange items that do not fit. They finally gave me a $5 refund off a $33 order. And that took weeks of back and forth, them not wanting to give me a full refund. I finally gave up! I will not purchase from them again.

After waiting two months for a shipment supposedly coming from China i finally received a package sent to me from Kentucky. I was sent something similar to what I ordered, but different. I ordered 2 balloons that can be filled with water and measure up to 80 cm. I received two balloons that when filled with AIR, will blow up to about 25 cm max. The product name is different, the manufacturer is different, and most importantly it was MUCH smaller than the product i paid for. After reaching out to customer service, they responded by saying that they sent me the correct item and unfortunately are not able to send me a balloon already filled with water because their products come from China...? Wow. Great job guys. That's what i get for trying something other than amazon.

This company is from China! They won't let you return items. Their sizes are too small! I am stuck with several small items I don't want! Never buy from this company. It's a scam and cheap quality

I ordered a dress from FairyTop.com. It took a month for the package to arrive & when it did the wrong item (set of pjs) was in a plastic bag with SKU of dress & no invoice or return instructions. Contacted customer service via email on website. First they asked me to take a picture of the shipping label, then wanted me to ship it to the warehouse not back to shipper except they did not provide an address. Now they keep repeating I need to tear the lower part of the sheet but there is no sheet to tear. A month since first email they respond every 5-6 days and either do not understand English or are just committing fraud.

Don't waste your money. What they advertise and then wht I got! A waste of $45. For the money you spend you need better quality

They won't return items! They only offer 10% off next order and since the post office can't trace the return back to China PayPal aren't helpful. Sizing is not accurate, quality is terrible Do Not Buy!

Will never be purchasing from this site again. Items do not in any way match images or product description (colour, sizing and material) and when contacting CS, they only give you options to purchase again at a "discount", or pay your own postage back if wanting a full return. Whaaa?

I'd never refer anyone here!

The company is terrible! Zero customer service, poor quality material and they take forever to ship!

They even play with their tracking codes to deceive customers.

Ordered the shoes for my wife. Used their size chart. The shoes are about a size and a half too big. Company doesn't want to do a refund or exchange. Only offering me a 15% discount on a new purchase and telling me to sell the shoes to someone else. I paid an expedite fee for shipping and still took over a month to receive the item. Do not use this site

I ordered about 4 shirts from these guys and it took about 3 weeks to arrive. Once it arrive I was not happy with the quality. Ine sweater was like a crop top it was so short and see through. All shirts were oddly shaped and the color was off from the pics. When I inquired about a return they unformed me they do not do returns. They suggested I give the shirt that didn't fit to someone and they could offer me great discounts on my next purchase. Why the hell would I waste more money on crapy clothes. Such a rip off don not buy from here

I ordered 3 of the Wubble Bubble water filled balls. What I received were cheap balloons. Super disappointed. They offered a $5 refund.

I tried contacting them. It is a complete different color than in the picture. They want me to pay to ship it back I will never buy anything here again and advise others to be careful.

I received my clothes and they were okay quality. 3 of the shirts fit and 6 did not. When I tried to email them about exchanging them they would take a couple of days to get back after I asked what to do and after each response. After going back and forth, they asked if I could give the clothes to a friend or family member. I was extremely disappointed. This was the first time I had spent money on clothes for myself in quite a while. They do not follow their exchange policy and expect people to eat the money. Not impressed whatsoever.

It was stupid of me to order anything from Asia. Good lord! I didn't realize that was where it's coming from. So cheep and unwearable. Total waste of money.

I ordered three swimsuits and a tank top from this site. One of the swimsuits had a clasp that was not usable, the other two we not the same color as the photo and the fit of the swimsuits are so awful, they are unwearable. I ordered the cactus tank top and the fit horrible (it looks like a maternity top), the material is completely see through. I've been in communication with customer service, but after sending photos of their product blunders, I have not heard a word back, it has been almost a week. I don't think they plan on responding.

I ordered 2 shirts and a bathing suit. It has been a month and I still haven't seen it. They sent me a confirmation and where I could track my order but it said it was in California. I emailed them and they said that it was in 3 separate packages. After I emailed them it finally was sent out of "California". Absolute worst shopping experience ever.

This site is a scam! And the customer service is joke to put it lightly. You will only lose money going anywhere near this site. This is the response I got when asked for a manager

Was told it was never received
Countless emails back to fairy season with no response
Asking for a credit back or the clothing I paid for
With out any response
Do not do business with this company regardless of the phony reviews claiming it is good

This company is a complete nightmare to deal with, they are very hard to get ahold of and offer no solutions. I ordered a few items, 2 of my shirts were not the same as the pictures on their website and they completely forgot my earrings. They were willing to give me 10% off my next order with them. I would not ever order from them again!

Poor quality clothing. Would not allow me to return. Said shipping too expensive and I should just gift my purchases to someone else! Unbelievable! I am out my money and left with fabric that can't even be used as a rag!

This company is why so many people are weary to order on line my dress looked like a costume so cheap looking and made. No way to return! They Suck
