Your website needs some tech attention. It took me 6 tries to place the order. Also, after entering an item into the cart, when I would opt to keep shopping, I was unable to get back to the last page I was on and had to stsrt the search all over again. It was very frustrating. If I hadn't been looking for a specific item to order and was instead just browsing, you would have lost my business already. As a first time customer with your shop, I am hoping the rest of my experience is more favorable.

This is a bad company that refuses to offer fair customer. I ordered a $70 statue that was defective to ask for a replacement and was told they're all the same, even though the photo on the website had been beautiful. Meanwhile, a second statute arrived that I had ordered, the same model, and it was perfect -- just like the photo. I called again, talked to the owner, and was told I would have to pay for return shipping of the bad one, and IF he was able to work something out with the manufacturer, MAYBE he could "do something about it." It would cost me a fortune to mail back that heavy statue, and with not even any promise that he would replace it. This guy just wants your money. He could care less whether you're happy and if what he is selling is quality.
I think you shipping rates are to high. The shirt that I ordered was to small although it was the size that I ordered. When dealing with clothes, we know that sizes can vary from manufacturers to manufacturers. And clothing within the same lot can vary in fit. When told that I had to pay the return shipping and shipping, the price of the shirt would have gone thirty five dollars. I have never dealt with anyone that required this. Your company has a lot to learn about customer service.
Ordering is always a pain. Futhermore, discounts are offered, but never applied. It said 5% discount, but I was not finished shopping, now I cannot retrieve the discount. I don't suppose you even offer a senior discount
I need an order number. The online form did not supply one. And it refused to accept my billing state and month of expiry for my credit card. Also, the shipping was too expensive.

Placed an order over a month ago and it still has not shipped. 3 weeks ago I was told it would ship within a week. Yesterday I was told it would ship in 2 - 3 weeks. They have already charged my credit card for the order and charged me $12 to ship it. This was a birthday present that took place 2 weeks ago. Website said items would ship in 5-7 days. Ha! What a joke!

I ordered my boyfriend a birthday present from here. It was a set of glow-in-the-dark Call of Cthulhu dice. They were sent to me on time, in new condition, and good packaging. He uses them all the time now.
I love your merchandise.beautiful!my fairy was broken in 2 places. The stirefome lid was put on backwards.when we receive it. So the frog was pressured into breaking.and a piece of the wing from the fairy was broken..I was asked to email a picture of the broken peices but the camera on my phone is bad..I guess I will just never buy products from the company again.

Disappointed with shipping. Took a very long time to receive, and had to call to confirm it was still coming.
It wouldn't let me register with the site. It kept wanting me to register with yahoo or Facebook then leading me to a blank page
Gift certificates should be eligible for refund. I had to order things that were just ok when all I wanted was the leaf necklace just to use the rest of the certificate. I still have a small balance unfortunately.
I placed two orders on November 15 thinking I was really ahead of the Christmas rush. By December 20 I had received nothing. They charged me for both on November 15 even though orders had not been shipped. Jacob, their help guy is actually awesome. He finally figured out they didn't have one of my items so we cancelled both items for that order. I gave up on the 2nd order and cancelled it on December 20. I was able to get my refunds. Will I use Fairy Glen again? No, they were unable to provide what they advertised. Covid issues or not, they ruined some Christmas surprises for my grandchildren. If you read their web site now it has a huge list of what they can or cannot do.
Didn't give me a delivery date before checkout. This is a Christmas present and if it can't be here before then I would not have purchased it.
I'm very sorry for your issue. You want to return an item you received several months ago because it doesn't look the same as the new one you received. Even though it is well past our return policy date, I am willing make an exception to aid in the situation. All I asked was for a side by side picture of the two items so we can send it to the manufacturer and to ensure you don't get another item you are not happy with. You said you can't take a picture and you would be willing to send it back at your expense because of that. You wanted a commitment of a replacement like the second one you received. But without looking at the items to see what you are seeing I don't know what is possible. I continued to ask you to just take a picture of them and then You then screamed curse words at me and hung up the phone. I'm very sorry you are unhappy.
