Unable to access my account! They updated security questions in 2019. Like-- what is the name of your college roommate? It was 40+ years ago! I have just had a stroke. Write it down they say. Where, so i can lose it again to go through this crazy stuff next month! My mom did have a maiden name. Everyone loves security. Until it goes too far... They are of no help. They stonewall me. Not nice to do to senior citizens.
