Jamais reçu ma commande depuis le 5 Avril 2023.
Une certaine Olivia Wagner ma envoyer par email qu'il en avait plus en stock et qu'il allait me recontacter. Pas eu de nouvelle depuis malgré que je l'ai écris. Ils ont leur vidéo sur youtube entrain de faire toujours leur promotion. Big scam

I ordered online since Feb 2023 and haven't received the orders ever since. "Kathleen Landis" had only responded twice and never again. So safe to say at this point that this is all a scam. Save your money and DON'T ORDER from any products from Fadify/Fading Culture

Stole my money and they don't even answer. Sucks people scam like this when barbers like me make their money off this business.

I ordered these in May, and it's been so long I FORGOT I never received them. The customer service seems to be automated responses.-Scam...learn to cut hair the regular way

I ordered one from them almost a year ago. In the beginning they answer your emails after two months went by and I still didn't receive it. I tried to email them again to get contact with them. No response no answers still waiting. I can't believe I got hacked for my money from this company. Do not waste your money. It will never come all they say is that they have a back order they're coming in they never come in. I ordered my item on 3/3/2023 and I'm still waiting...

I bought a pair of clippers for the website in February 2023, it is August 2023 and never shipped out my order nor answered any of my 25 Emails, for my money back. Good thing I paid with Paypal and I were able to refund me for my $100.00 order. All I got from them is an Email stating that the product was out of stock and that another shipment was coming pretty soon. Such liars, Don't fall for it. They still have the website and selling stuff they don't even have.

Haven't received any contact or information from 14th July about my order. Got fkn Scammed out of $90

HOPEFULLY THEY'LL KICK THEIR DOORS IN AND SHIUT DOWN THIS FRAUDULENT OPERATION SO THAT THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE! IF THEY EVEN HAVE DOORS!

I purchased the Fadify 2.0 from Fading Culture back in April 10. Still haven't recieved. All attempts to resolved by calling and emailing has failed. I've been more than patient with them! So disappointing.

I ordered the Fadify 2.0 through Tikkok and never received the item. I contact customer service through email total of 4 times. I got two responses back in April. My two recent emails didn't get a reply. I ordered this item back in January 2023. Customer service indicated that they're slow due to overwhelm orders the received. At this point, i say this is a SCAMMER. Took my money and never deliver the item. Stay away. I learn my lesson. I would give a -10 start if there is an option.

Ordered clippers over a month ago still hasn't arrived I sent numerous messages but they will not reply to any of them I paid my money already they took payment already but will not reply or send my package

I placed my order in February and it's 5/24 and still not received my product. After reading the reviews, I have the same exact reply as everyone else from Reyah saying 100,000 orders to ship within a day with no product. Terrible business. Rule of thumb: Don't ever purchase anything from social media sponsored advertising.

I ordered on Feb. 24th. On the website it stated about 30 in stock. Here it is May 18th still no shaver. I send emails get a response about once a month stating the Feb stock just came in and they will be shipping soon. Starting to think it might be a scam.

Habe nach PayPal Bezahlung keine Ware erhalten. Auf E-Mails wird nicht reagiert. Laut Hermes Sendungsverfolgung liegen keine Informationen zur Sendung vor.

Betrug! Abzocker Firma, fallt nicht darauf rein! Auf keinen Fall dort bestellen!

I ordered two months ago and haven't received anything. After two weeks I requested a tracking number. Two weeks later I get this email: We received feedback from our team that the stocks just arrived. We are processing the orders. Kindly bear with us as we have to ship 100,000 orders within the day.

Apologies for the delay and you will receive a tracking number soon.

I reached out again two weeks later and still no tracking number and no response.

2 and a half months after payment and 20 emails later still haven't recieved a product. Was told they were back in stock and I was getting a partial refund a month and a half ago. Neither has happened and customer support has been silent. Total scam.

You will never receive what you ordered,stay away,this is well done scam.They are "always out of stock and item is coming next week" few weeks pass and nothing happens.then you receive another email that stock is coming but nothing happens, no tracking info no product. The product doesnt exist. They do still offfer online tho "last 33 unit left" that shows since beginning of feb and now we are in april
