I ordered a dress for daughter's wedding and paid extra for 'custom made'. It arrived on time, beautiful color, but THE WRONG SIZE! I contacted customer service and they basically called me a liar. I had a professional tailor check measurements of the dress and they were off by 4 inches in the waist, and 4.5 inches in the hips from the measurements I requested. They suggested I bring it to them to adjust; I live in USA and they are in CHINA. Ridiculous! Their final suggestion was to sell it and try to get some $$ back!

The dresses look nothing like the picture. Don't buy anything from them. The dresses are from China and they are a scam.

There customer service is horrible and they will not let you return
The dress did not even look the same and they said when you buy on line nothing is 100%
Can you believe that I buy many things on line and they always look the same
There dress are poor quality

I saw the dress on pinterest and loved it found it on this website. Ordered it immediately without looking at return policy. Did not see that there wasn't a customer service no. Should have been a red flag. Received the dress looked 3 sizes too small... tassels looked like paper. The dress looked cheap not to mention it smelled horrible (like processed chemicals). Right away I knew I had to return it. That's when I realized I had been scammed. Could not get hold customer service. I had no idea where to return the dress somewhere in China? The dress did not come with any return info. I have accepted this will be an expensive lesson learned because I doubt I will get refunded. Do not order from this sight and if you do good luck on getting what you ordered.

I ordered a dress for a wedding and it was torn at the seam. It says you have to return within 24 hours! READ RETURN POLICY. Well no one would responded to my email and you could not enter information on there web site because the order said processing for 2 weeks. I decided to return the dress myself. After I acted like I wanted to order again I got a person. They wanted pictures etc! Which I had taken. Well wouldn't you know it 2 weeks later they said I returned to wrong address. So I lost my $129.00. They got my money but not only did they loose the bridesmaid dress for that wedding but also the next 2 weddings. You will love WeddingWay dresses and professionalism. Why won't you respond to my emails. I ordered a dress and you sent the wrong dress, and it had a large hole in the front. I want to return it and no one will tell me how to return the dress for a refund.

I ordered a dress that I loved from this website, but after placing the order, I started reading all the negative posts. I was extremely nervous waiting for my dress, but I received it right on time, it looks exactly as the picture showed, and I love it. Just what I ordered, no problems at all. I had contacted Customer Support with a question (online Chat) before ordering, and had prompt and good customer service as well. I am not disappointed at all, but very happy with my purchase. And yes, it came from China... but is very lightweight and very well made and it fits. Love it, very pretty.
