I love the uniqueness of Fab Kids clothing and shoes. Their boots (especially the tall ones) gives high end fashion but with an affordable price. I like the quality of the footwear that I have purchased for my child so far. I have been a V.I.P. Customer with Fab Kids for 4 years now and have had good customer service, quality clothing at affordable prices, fast shipping and easy returns or refunds. I recommend FabKids to everyone I know.
You have to phone multiple times to cancel while the person on the other end tells you that they will not refund money and if you don't shop right then you will no longer get the special pricing. The products are of terrible quality and they have limited quantities. All boys do not like dinosaur clothing and no child likes wearing shoes that fall apart after a couple of weeks of wear. Just don't shop here there are so many better options.
Ordered shoes and it took about 3 weeks for them to show up. Not actually a big deal to me but I was skeptical the whole time if I had been scammed. They finally got here and look good. Next we will see how long they hold up to my 6yo. Love the prices, just hope it's worth it!
All the clothing we ordered is great quality. Love the price. They seem to run a tiny bit smaller than other brands. That turned out great for my son because clothes are usually big on him, but I have to return a dress we got for my daughter because her normal size was uncomfortably tight.

The products are nice and seem to fit my daughter well. However, when trying to check out and use my credits and receive all the advertised discounts I always have to make a call to their sales support team. Usually it goes quickly and smooth but it's not the most efficient approach. Enjoy using but to me if they dont fix the problem I will probably move on from the site.

I was a VIP and was charged the membership fee because I forgot to cancel at the beginning of the month. I got charged the $50.00 and when I went to select my items, the cost was like 10 dollars a pair and I was only allowed 2 pair. I was basically ripped out of 30 bucks. Their shoes are really cute and I get that you need to cancel to avoid the membership fee, but to me it's not worth it. You are only allowed two VIP items.

These shoes are cute, but quality isn't great. My son goes through them quickly. Probably about as good as Walmart brands. He tends to go through shoes really fast anyway, that's why I shop here. Much cheaper than Walmart, but lasts about the same amount of time. I plan to continue shopping here for him.

Ordered some items for my granddaughter as I usually do and FabKids never disappoints. She loves the jumpsuit and red sunglasses to be worn on Valentines Day especially. Customer service is good as well.

FabKids was great when we first signed up and got shoes at a great price. But now it's just a nuisance. Remembering each month to "skip" our membership fees of $40 or it's taken out of my bank account. The deals don't last. When we do make purchases, it's only ever through the sales or clearance section, because everything is WAY overpriced. The clothes are adorable, but it's not worth paying $40-50 for one dress that's only going to be worn a few times before she grows out of it. For those who can afford it, then this is for you. For those who can't take a "surprise withdrawal" each month, then don't waste your time. That reminds me, I need to go skip this month again already.

The only complaint I have is sometimes navigating from cart back to shopping and because I buyf for three children I have to go back and check which girl and sizes ice picked.the final billing shows all the info but before hand it does not. Otherwise I am satisfied with the product out of all shoes and boots only s few not satisfied with I just had to return shoes due to sizing and will see how that goes. Until then thanks for making shoe shopping bearable

I'll enjoy what we get from there the only thing that wasn't great is they shipped the wrong size shirt. It's to much of a hassle to send back. So he will grow into it in 4 years. Other then that. I enjoy the products and so to the kids

FabKids has super cute clothes and shoes. Shipping is relatively quick and their customer service team is friendly and efficient. In truth, I have only needed to contact customer service once. Their prices are a bit high for children's clothing and you could probably order twice as much for the same price elsewhere but I find their quality and fit to be better than most.
I also like that you can skip months and as many as you want.

Purchased product. Usps refused to deliver to my sister's house before she paid an 11.95 fee. She had to go to the post office and they handed her the box open! Gave no reason for it. Issue is with the delivery more so than with the products themselves.

Some of the stuff I have got from FabKids have been great, but a lot of the shoes have fallen apart quickly (the sequin boots were missing have their sequins after 1/2 a day) and the girls clothing is too babyish for the age range it goes up to. My daughter is 7 and has not worn unicorns and princess stuff for years.

I purchased products for my two daughter's kids. The products are made well. Prices are sometimes higher than similar items of the same quality at other retail stores. I accidentally put the wrong shipping address on the last order, and the customer service rep was very helpful. The first shoes I ordered were all too big. I will order a size down next time.

I didn't realize I was signing up for a subscription until I had completed the purchase process. The product I received is as advertised and the price is appropriate for my 9yo who grows out of clothes overnight and wears them out even faster. I have not cancelled the subscription because the wording in the cancellation policy made it sound like the clothes I ordered would cost me more? So I've set a reminder on my calendar to skip my charge each month. I may order from the site again. I wish I didn't have to go through the extra step of skipping the monthly charge.

My youngest son loves his fabkid clothes and footwear! He enjoys the dinosaurs shoes the most. I find that the footwear is not able to withstand his wear and tare though. He goes through them very quickly. But its an affordable price for me.

The site is super easy to navigate to find items. I love that it updates the clothing options each month as well. However, I wish there was a differentiation between younger and older girl styles. I have two girls and they do not like to be dressed the same. So I find it difficult to get something for each of them.

I had bought these for my 3 yr old. They got to me exactly when they were supposed to. However, when I went to see them light up, only ONE shoe lit up. Thankfully, I was able to call them up & let them know the issue. They resolved it by letting me send back the defective shoes back, & they'll send me a new pair! Despite having to go through this, & prolonging my 3 yr old from getting her shoes, the fact that I was easily able to fix the issue makes it so worth it!
