I love the uniqueness of Fab Kids clothing and shoes. Their boots (especially the tall ones) gives high end fashion but with an affordable price. I like the quality of the footwear that I have purchased for my child so far. I have been a V.I.P. Customer with Fab Kids for 4 years now and have had good customer service, quality clothing at affordable prices, fast shipping and easy returns or refunds. I recommend FabKids to everyone I know.

You have to phone multiple times to cancel while the person on the other end tells you that they will not refund money and if you don't shop right then you will no longer get the special pricing. The products are of terrible quality and they have limited quantities. All boys do not like dinosaur clothing and no child likes wearing shoes that fall apart after a couple of weeks of wear. Just don't shop here there are so many better options.

I did not receive my reminder e-mail for the past 2 months, so I was charged accordingly since I did not skip. Both times I tried to reach out to Fab Kids concerning this via their on-line chat. I was able to talk to a "customer service" rep who would then forward my issue and I Would immediately be disconnected. This happened several times. I would like to cancel my membership, but it's definitely not convenient to do so. I work during the day and have poor cell service so I'm not able to call.

I have been a faithful customer of JustFab for several years and FabKids for at least 2. I have never not received an order. Nearly a month since placing my order, it is has not been received. The shoes was not 5 dollars as advertised after still deciding to order i only received 2 pairs of shoes out of ordering 3 and they was in a bag not a box thrown in my yard no knock or letter to sign if I hadn't got home on time they would of been stolen I live in less just say the ghetto where ppl will steal your package I just know not to order again knowing I live in a crime raise spot of theft and I still are waiting on a pair the tan fox boots

It's a plaid flannel dress, and has a limited season, so I didn't want her to miss the season with exchanges. I would have been happy with a partial credit, but right now I'm just frustrated. Both pairs of shoes we ordered ran small for size, and the height of shoe from sole to laces was too thin and squished my son's feet, so he couldn't wear them. Not good for kids with thick feet or higher arches.

My first experience with FabKids was ordering shoes and boots for my daughter. They were decent quality and durable. When shopping for another pair of shoes I decided to purchase one of the recommended outfits and the quality was underwhelming, especially for the price (even with 'VIP' markdown). The outfit came with clip- in hair extensions that arrived cracked and unusable. I attempted to chat with customer service but have not heard back. I would have sent the outfit back but my daughter liked the print. Disappointed in the quality of the clothes; would only buy shoes again.

The boots I just bought, that are only worn inside at my child's are already falling a part. With the prices your site charges its a reasonable expectation footwear lasts more than one month ya know? I enjoy the clothing and have no concerns there.

I ordered on 30 Nov 2020, my order shipped on 2 Dec and the last update was 11 Dec. I inquired about it last week (the last shipping update had my package at a facility 6.5 hours away). I was told if it didn't arrive by the 21st to get back with FABKIDS as it was still within the shipping window. I did and now they tell me they has 20 business days and to not expect if until after Christmas (no shipping update). I gave it 2 stats because customer service was polite and cancelled my membership immediately when I asked. However, I could not remove my credit card information and contact them again. Now they tell me they will call me back within 24 hours so I can have my credit card removed. I definitely will NOT be doing business with FABKIDS again. Oh, there customer support people are not within the US or Canada, but they did assure me the main headquarters are located in both the US and Canada.

The clothes are not as cheap as they say and the quality is so/so. I was a member for quite some time, and only because I kept forgetting to cancel each month so I would have to keep using my member credits. I had built up 7665 reward points over time. One day I talked with someone online to cancel. I was never told that all my points would be erased once I was no longer a VIP. Interesting that they don't credit you the $40 they charged you for the month but they will delete all the points you EARNED. I spoke with someone and explained and was told no way to get them back. I even asked if they could possibly give me a small courtesy credit for being a member for so long. NO. They will, though, offer you credit to stay on as a member, so they have the capability. Waste of money! You can get better clothes at Children's Place and way cheaper will free shipping all the time.

My daughter was super excited to get the light up shows. Hut now barley a week later after we r wearing them the first time only one shoe lights up and only on the inside- no longer do the main lights on the outside of either shoe work. They're barley broken in. And she's only wore them to achool scared to mess them up outside and they're still broken. Yeah of course they're still shoes that protect her feet and they have no ties which is awesome, but bumbed the lights are broken only at week 2 of wearing them.

Be aware that Fabkids is as subscription and will charge recurring payments unless you opt out.

I bought shoes for my nephews not knowing this and was charged $49.95 the next month for subscription fee

Fabkids did cancel and refund, but it was not clear at original checkout the service was a subscription.

So annoying. This is the second time I've tried to use my vip credit on file and when you continue to the checkout page it REselects your card as the payment type instead of the already selected credit option. So crazy to me. And the shoes aren't the right measurements as the measurements listed on the picture. One size was too big and one was too small.
