I like to buy Fabfitfun giftcards for my Goddaughter at Christmas time so that she can receive fun boxes throughout the year...and she has loved all the excellent.high quality items she has received! The customer service with this company is the best I've experienced while buying gifts online! Shout out to Angel for being so kind and patient while helping me get the details of one particular giftcard sorted out! Would definitely recommend!
Made the mistake of signing up for an annual subscription because of an Amex offer. Offer included $200 of bonus merchandise to sign up which in all actuality was worth less than the $5 grab bags that I used to buy at Spencer's as a kid( a pineapple ice cube tray, a plastic beach bag, a plastic pitcher, a travel mug & a pair of thigh high acrylic socks). All of the "bonus items" went straight in to the trash can. Way too much packaging and not quality items. Unfortunately, since I signed up for an annual subscription I am stuck with three more boxes whether I want them or not. Wondering if Amex can do anything for me to get out of this.
Every box I get I usually love, filled with fun new things. This box was filled with stuff I had already received, for the most part. Very disappointing. Hopefully customer service will come through on their promise to rectify the situation.

I absolutely love FFF just wish I would have originally signed up for annual from the beginning! The only thing's I could complain or mention is some times at first I did not receive tracking #'s. Which where I live I unfortunately need those so I know when to expect my package. Because I live in a terrible neighborhood & have had to many packages stolen, not arrive & even had one of my boxes stolen off of my front porch. It doesn't help that most the people who live in Independence, MO. Are on drugs. But to also have those addicts living above me does not help the situation. I have literally watched daily for a week them come down and open my mailbox first which is a federal offense. One time I was able to to run out when he had a package from amazon in his hand trying to play dumb saying he was bringing it to me! I am getting security cameras that should be here tomorrow thank God to catch them & press charges! There has been a few times specific items that I wanted soo badly were either taken or did not ship. But thankfully FFF's support team or customer service have done their best to make things right! After my most recent incident, Drake reached out to me and reading his email left me speechless as well as thankful for the professionalism, the fact that he truly cares & heart he showed! He was amazing and I was more than thankful his email was not scripted in any way! He honestly made me feel more comfortable to finally upgrade. But me moving would also help lol! I love all the products, love the add-on's. But hate that I have gotten the same things more then 3times! Everyone I know keeps trying to get me to cancel and try boxycharm. But they have no clue how much better FFF truly is! I just pray I can figure out whats going on with this 33$ package I did not order and definitely would have never reordered those specific items "Minetan" products in the first place. The first item i recieved from that company was self tanner water solution that literally left me orange with streaks everywhere for way to long Well! I might have purchased the belly balm though. But knew nothing about that specific order. Especially when the Minetan water with mint did this to my hands even with gloves on. I definitly would never order their oil drops or even 2 of them nor their outdoor spray on crap! There products are the worst which is why I would never order any more. I do look forward to upgrading as well as every box thats soon to follow!

I enjoy my boxes that I received. But i wish there was a way to get reminders to pick some items. Or have a questionnaire to allow us to inform you what it is that we like. To pick better choices for us. Like i would have enjoyed the personal blender( smoothies are life) or the wine cup instead of aloe vera sun burn treatment or dry shampoo. Just a suggestion and examples. Other than that I love my boxes.

FB Promoting Spring box but no product for new memberships so i didn't complete a membership as all the items were already gone. Nothing special for new members.

Was happy with the service for the most part. Especially when I was able to customize my box. But I ended up feeling like it was just a bunch of random stuff that I had to figure out what to do with or where to store. It was fun getting gifts in the mail but just created clutter. Still would recommend but not for long term

Honestly fff has been instant sisterhood in a box for me. Everything from being a part of an online community. To keeping a gift stash for close friends and family. Plus it's always wonderful to get a little something for yourself. My sisters now remind each other when customizations open and curate our boxes together.

My packages delivered to a neighbor house last 2 times. Customer service acknowledged mistake and will hopefully resolve going forward. If happens again I don't see why I should keep this service.

The FFF employee that dealt with me was very personable, helpful, and polite. I was very pleased that she was able to help me resolve my situation regarding my FFF subscription. Well I am getting boxes for almost 3 years and I love everything about it but from last two boxes I am having issues with shipping I didn't received my Edit sale products and now fall box has same issue and I guess your currier company isn't working good as it should be. Otherwise I love getting stuff for the price I am paying.

Overall my experience with fabfitfun has been awesome, the boxes provide me with great products and fabfitfun has great customer service employees. The very last box I received was not that great and I was very surprised. I hope that they continue to provide great products in their boxes and that the last box was just a one time thing.

Customer service is very nice, but I'm growing more and more frustrated. I paid the annual fee already and I have nothing to show for it. My 1st winter box was shipped 100miles away from my address, 2nd winter box has yet to be delivered and it was shipped Jan 31. This company needs to use a different shipping method, we are not delivering mail by horseback anymore.

I received my winter box on 11-14 and to my surprise I had gotten a wrong product. I got the salt/pepper grinder instead of the Sherpa blanket. The rep tried to give me a $20 credit but I insisted I wanted the blanket, the one item I was excited about. She said she processed the correct item and it should ship in 5 days. We will see. If not I will be upset, Im an annual member so I can pick everything in my box..

I'm very glad that I was able to talk with a person instead of an automated line. However, my son who is a computer programmer, had to search to find a way for me to call. It isn't easy to find that link. It needs to be on the first page not several clicks or links, away. Thank you very much for resolving this and replacing my lost box.
I love this company generally, I was charged 400$ for "add-one's", after 15-20 minutes I finally got my point across that I did not order them and Wanted a refund immediately.
Super helpful and pleasant to communicate with. Also in a good mood when I message them. When I didn't get my shipment they sent me a new box. And helped fixed my address for further shipments I've spoke to 2 employees and both were great. Thanks fabfitfun y'all are doing great and are pleasant to speak to.

My experience with customer care is absolutely amazing my only concern has nothing to do with the service I was provided. I wish the fab fit fun would clearly State Whether an item is gluten-free or not. There are some people that have severe gluten allergies and it would be helpful to know without having to call every single time or dig deep online to figure out if a product is gluten-free.

Didn't love the options I had to choose from. Surprise gifts were lack luster and generic. Coach necklace not as nice in person as it appeared online and earring that came with it were ugly

I've had numerous glitches & freezes w/computers, in the last week's -- as apparently, virtually everyone I have spoken to has also experienced, lately. My 1st fff box did not arrive w/my choices. AJ readily arranged to send out those chosen items, & answered all of my questions about normal procedures. Looking forward to my next box!

I've been a member for many years and love the sales the most. Unfortunately the box choices seem to be of lower quality since spring of 2021 and I'm looking less forward to them as they provide too many repeats and the new items are not great. That said, the sales are amazing.
