I wish the company didn't give the impression that the videos can be played on tv as if you were watching a movie. They only provide the ability to watch clearly on your phone. It probably has to do with the pixels. However, I did enjoy watching family videos I haven't seen in 30 years. Very nice memories.

Very happy with my results of these old videos. One over 35 yrs old. So much so I have sent in another order for 7 more. I chose to download to my computer and transfer to my own USB drives so I can give away as gifts to other family members who have lost parents and do not have any videos with their voices. Now they do. Thank you so much for this service which I would not have considered if it were not on Facebook and a half off discount. Thank you.

IMemories did an excellent job transferring all of my home movies from various formats to the cloud, where I can now watch them whenever I want. The entire process was quick and easy, and they sent back my video cassettes right away. Simple shipping and receiving. Estimate of costs was a little conservative but to be expected for what we shipped for initial cost. Final cost came in as expected. Quality of the digitized formatting was excellent, for 50 year old 35 mm slides. The downloading of files had a couple delays but customer service stepped in and we got it all done. Getting ready to send movie film next!

I received a groupon for my birthday and still spent extra for the box to ship the tapes to Peggy Bank not to mention another 50$+ for a flash drive that should have been included. Charlie Cochrane from Peggy Bank and I had many emails back and forth and he assured me that my product would be coming. I thankfully received my tapes back but with no flash drive that I paid for. All communication with Charlie now has ceased. So disappointed!

Just had a really horrible experience when we wanted to terminate at the end of the 3 year contract. The contract that you sign for the printing itself has its own set of terms and conditions that we should have obtained online, this is where all the extra charges are detailed when you decided to leave them. Long story short we had to pay £499.99 delivery of the rubbish second hand machine back to them 58 miles away plus another £150 cleansing charge, both plus VAT! I would not use this supplier again if you paid me. Happy to be free of them.
