I've a wardrobe full of ezibuy clothing, most bought on special and usually good quality. Have had a few duds but returning is easy although refunds are extremely slow.

Product was to big so returned in June. After 19 emails, still no refund and it is now December. Will never buy from this Company again.

My previous Reviews have been disappointingly negative, but I have now got something positive to pass on to the punters. EZIBUY - I have had nothing but a pleasant experience when ordering items from this Company. My last order arrived today - 10 days from my original order. Free Postage and all items present and correct. The quality is there as well as the Customer Service. Just wish other Online Stores would be as professional. Will order from them again.

Product was to big so returned in June. After 19 emails, still no refund and it is now December. Will never buy from this Company again.

I've been an Ezibuy customer for about 15+ years and have always been satisfied with my online purchases and customer service has up until recently always been very good. However I recently put an order in (April 2023) - paid for with PayPal and although I received an email confirmation from PayPal immediately following the order, I did not receive an email confirmation of my order from Ezibuy so I waited a few days, and waited... Ten (yes 10) days passed and still no confirmation email (but did receive lots and lots of Ezibuy sales 40% off etc emails...)? This is very unusual and has never happened in the past? So I phoned up Ezibuy (in Australian business hours Mon-Fri 9:00-5:00 PM) but instead of getting the usual happy helpful greeting from the NZ call centre that I had in the past, I was met with a non-English (as first language) staff member (think they said Philippines?) who seemed disinterested and at first couldn't find my order and seemed quite bored to be honest... I mentioned that I'd received a confirmation email from PayPal informing me that the payment had gone through to Ezibuy for this particular order...?! Firstly, he to look for my order he asked me my order number to which I responded I do not know this as I have not received a confirmation email so therefore how would I know my order number? He then asked for my phone number which I gladly gave but also gave him my name (even though he hadn't asked for this?) After which he finally found my order!
On asking why there was no email sent to me he just said that they were having "issues in the warehouse" and something about "changes to staff or warehouse"... Not sure if this is the answer to my actual question and no he did not look up to see if any email had been sent to me (from their end)? He ended up apologising for the delay and basically blamed the warehouse and that I will receive an email when they send my order to me... Well things certainly have changed? So what happened to the confirmation email that every single other place including Ezibuy in the past, send out to the customer? I checked thoroughly all through my entire emails including junk and bin (to see if I'd accidentally deleted it) but no nothing?!

The customer service now seems to be a zero (yes a big 0) - I've given them 3 stars overall for the actual clothes quality that I've ordered/received/customer service which many years ago was excellent but during Covid did decline somewhat (understandable). Post Covid I've hesitated to order anything as during Covid it had taken like 3 months one time for an order to arrive. With this latest order, I'm actually scared now as to whether or not I'm going to receive it?

Tip for consumers:
My above rating (1 star for Service) is in regards to my most recent online purchase with Ezibuy (not past orders). In the past I've not had any problems at all with any of my orders being clothes, refunds, and shipping previously was about 2 weeks from warehouse to my house or sooner when they allowed Click and Collect) but during COVID this was a lot longer (I live in WA).

Products used:
I haven't received the products yet. I placed the order on 25/04/2023 and currently it's 10 days and still I've not even a confirmation email to say Ezibuy has received my order?!
So I've chosen "not applicable" for their current Shipping time, Returns, Quality, Value - this may have all changed since my last order placed about a year ago as I think there are different owners now?

Have a wide selection of clothing for Australia and New Zealand.
But are not crash hot on returns, unlike some sites I have dealt with over the last 3 years so there is room for improvement.

Quick shipping, sometime sizes vary for the different brands. Good choice.
