I'm pretty happy with the service and prices. I don't have to go through hassles getting my prescription verified or anything like that. They verified it within a business day.The prices are reasonable and they ship your contacts free. Regardless if you only buy one box.
Sunglasses never delivered. Ring Doorbell always works and shows video of drivers dropping off packages nearly everyday. I immediately emailed customer support and communicated the same. They sent a reply asking me to ask my neighbors if they have my package. What a strange, unpractical response to my email. I don't have time to knock on 20 doors introducing myself and asking them if they have my package. They stated they would have to research this case before refunding my credit card and said it would take 2 weeks. Unacceptable. They can reverse the sale, then file a claim with their carrier. It's not my problem that your vendor can't figure out how to drop off a package to my front door. Like I said, Amazon does it nearly every, for years, and gets it right 99% of the time. I'll never buy from a small channel like EZContacts again. Lesson learned.
Love the glasses and support was good. Only issue was overall processing time. Took nearly a month to receive.
The only problem was that the website promised shipping within 5-7 days of order And it actually took 2 weeks. Other than that, I am very satisfied with my purchase.
Pretty seamless. I uploaded the prescription for the contacts so we'll see how the experience is once its approved or not.

I will start off by saying my son's glasses turned out great and they have a nice selection! I couldn't give five stars because I paid $47 for next day shipping and nobody said that my son's prescription was too strong to get next day shipping. It led me to believe that I would be getting them the next day and I paid an extra $47 for nothing. I did however call customer service and got refunded most of my shipping cost but the customer service lady I talked to was very rude. Like I said though, the glasses turned out great. My son loves them and they do have a nice selection.
Contacts were not in stock so it took a while for them to arrive. Customer Service was very responsive and kept me updated throughout the process.
Process is easy. Just hoping i get my contact lenses for the additional shipping payment as it was describe.
Easy to order...However, it is extremely too bad that you cannot try on the glasses like on other vendor websites. This is a definite downfall. I had to go to another glasses vendor website and try them on with a current photo from my computer. Your lucky I did not buy from them! Not very convenient.
Everything was fine, I just think that it took them a long time to received the glasses so they could send them to me.

When my order was originally placed, the website indicated that my sunglasses were "in stock" and ready to ship if I purchased them, which I did. However a few days after my order was placed, I received a follow up email indicating that the glasses were "out of stock" and on backorder for 6 weeks. I ended up getting my glasses almost 4 weeks after my order was placed. Not sure why you would advertise "in stock" when they actually were not?
OK so far. I was a little dismayed because the site didn't indicate the glasses were out of stock but they ended up being on backorder so delivery took longer than anticipated. The product has now arrived and is as advertised, and the price was great. I would order from ExContacts again.
Easy to shop. Measurements are posted. Would like to see items sorted by nose... adjustable pads or solid frame.
Unless you pay for expedited shipping the regular shipping is extremely slow to get processed and actually on its way.
I have used you for years with an overall great experience. A few orders back my order clearly went awry and I contacted you guys multiple times. It took a total of 4 weeks to receive my order, as the status update on the shipping never changed from the warehouse. Contacts are crucial and I now order 3 to 4 weeks in advance, just in case, but a credit or some other perk would have been nice. I have to wear glasses for two weeks! People didnt even recognize me!
My favorite and only place to restock on contacts and purchase new frames. However, plan accordingly because the shipping takes so long you will forget you even purchased anything.
I had a lot of trouble trying to get this order through the system. It finally succeeded but I don't know why earlier attempts failed. Resulted in downgrading to 4 stars. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.
Product took over a month to receive. I actually had to reach out to their customer service to find out the status... turns out my glasses were discontinued. I probably would still be in limbo waiting if I didn't reach out to them. I selected a new pair and received the glasses a week later. I would give them another chance as they did ultimately produce the glasses at a very reasonable price.
Overall good service. Just hope that shipping and receiving my contacts could be quicker than expected, but not bad service. Thank you.
Overall, this was a good shopping experience. My only bit of feedback is that I would have liked to receive more communication from EZ Contacts that my items were on the way. But I did receive them in a timely manner and all is well. Thank you!
I was charged for shipping when it states on their website no shipping charge on all orders in the USA. Customer service cleared it up with no problem. Still it's inconvenient that I had to reach out and let them know about so I can get credited back.
I placed an order on 8/8, and it was stated that shipping may take a few extra days. I contacted customer service who then told me that the Oakleys I purchased were on back order with the manufacturer. That should have been stated on the website before I even placed my order (as we are talking 3-4 weeks). The rep gave me an option of cancelling my order and then ordering something else, or waiting. At that point I had already waited so long, what's another week.
Like the price but not the return policy. 800 will let you return unused contacts for any reason, like if your prescription changes. Even unopened boxes. EZ should match that.

Yes, frames with prescription lenses generally take 5-7 business days to process in our lab before they are shipped. Paying extra for expedited shipping unfortunately does not speed up the processing time in our lab, only the actual time in transit.
