It keeps me wondering to whether I'll receive the ordered item because my new contact number was only updated and displayed on my account page but not on their delivery page. Fortunately I managed to contact their hot-line services and was guided by the staff clearly. Finally received the ordered item punctually. Thank you so much EZ Buy s. G for the great service.

我買的玻璃沙拉碗,收到的時候已經是碎裂了,而且是碎成一片片。我不明白為何那個玻璃碗只用一張普通紙包著,完全沒有別的任何保護,不爛才怪!很差的購物體驗! The glass salad bowl I purchased was broken into pieces upon arrival! They just used a piece of paper to wrap the glass bowl, no bubble wrap or other protection! Very bad shopping experience! The worst part is that I cannot leave any comments on their website regarding my shopping experience and no one replied me when I sent an email to their customer service!

Do NOT use their services. They are 3 times more expensive than TAOBAO but don't take any responsability on their own shipping.
Items arrive completely broken. They don't give you any compensation. You end up paying a lot for unusable damaged items.
Ezbuy and their shipping service is a waste of money.
Also they charge you gst from the first cent while customs charge gst only from 400$ onwards. So ezbuy lie to you, pretending it's for gst but actually pocket the money.

Truly the worst online platform I've ever come across. Bought a furniture, delivered to me badly damaged. Made a feedback to CS and they sent to me another piece. Again badly damaged. This time round, their restitution to me was "use a spanner and try to repair it yourself". And yes, they offered me $15 as a token. Lest than 10% of my overall cost.

After several rounds of exchange they decided to give a partial refund citing terms and conditions.

This is one e commerce platform that I'll urge everyone to stay far away from. The likes of Lazada, Shopee are so much more reliable and they honor their mistakes! Ie if there are issues, they will provide you with refunds no questions asked.

I will NEVER spend another single cent again on EZBuy. Totally a company that is not trust worthy..

This ecommerce is the worst of the worst. They don't treat their customers with respect. They have made alot of stupid mistakes throughout my experience of buying, and they expect us customers to forgive them and let go of their mistakes easily and treated like its our fault. They think they are king and customers are stupid ATM. A lot of times, they just give you stupid excuses just to cover up their mistakes, then they let you know that its YOUR fault, NOT their mistakes at all. And then, you customer have to do extra steps just because of their stupid mistakes! Think twice before signing up to this site!

Think twice before signing up, they treat you like a garbage, that's the experience I had.

A company that totally disregards and value trust and honesty when dealing with consumers, especially during the pandemic situation everyone understands slight delay but no consumers can understand missing unknown facts about the whereabouts of what you paid for. Paid for an expensive Air Shipping service when it did not arrive passing 2 days called upon ezbuy to check, was told flight delay, will arrive 2days later, 2 days later using the "live chat" platform to check for status again says will delay another 3-4days. When ask actually when is the forecasted ETA, we paid for air services end up it's not even arriving when sea Shipment already arrive if were to go by that channel, constant delay and dragging very obvious they must have misplaced the parcel and buying time now. Such irresponsibility displayed do you really think they want business?

We signed for the prime service, within our prime account period they constantly make mistake and not keen in solving customer problem.

1. item is totally not returnable, they will try to give solve the problem by offer you some compensation.
2. miss out our parcel and it take whole week to find it in their warehouse, after that they still using slow shipping for resent.

NEVER buy from ezbuy, everything it has to offer is below standards. What an embarrassing site, I feel bad for the people who own it. Two weeks after ordering and the seller still hasn't dispatched my items. I spoke to the help centre (barely helped me by the way, not to mention rude) to request a cancel because I decided to just go for another platform, and I still have to wait for the sellers to cancel? Not to mention that the money is not even credited to my card but in my "wallet" on ezbuy, I still have to go through the hassle of withdrawing it. Unbelievable. The date range of arrival indicated on your shipment is apparently "for customer's reference" and they stated that it may not reach within that time frame. So why even put an arrival range if you're not going to live up to it? TERRIBLE terrible service, just overall an atrocious shopping experience. So disgusted, it does not even deserve 1 star to be frank.

This is the first time we're making a purchase over Ezbuy for bicycle. Our conclusion: AVOID USING EZBUY. TRY OTHERS like Taobao instead.

The bike is advertised to come with a free pack, and ezbuy staff informed me over the online chat that the gift pack is still available just before purchase. The staff has also taken my order number to retrieve the gift pack for me.

However, the gift pack turned out to be a scam and did not materialize. Ezbuy just replied"We have feedback accordingly to the department, and regarding the part of gift pack, we have urged the department to rectify the information on it."

We hope that Ezbuy can enforce the merchant in honouring it's published product, so that public will not construe it as a breach of contract under Consumer Protection Acts

So for those out there who wants to ship goods through ezbuy, my advice is please stop doing that! They are a bunch of talk only and never really wanted to help you as a customer to resolve issues that you face! Please read my story:-
I ordered a sofa set from Taobao and sent to ezbuy Shanghai on 23/12/21 for sea shipment to Singapore! Parcels were received by Ezbuy Shanghai and updated in their system a total of 7 parcels and ask me to pay freights charge and gst through the ezbuy apps! All done and to ensure the shipment parcels are correct, I got back to seller to confirm if they are 7parcels and the seller confirmed yes, 7 parcels! I got all the 7 parcels on 12/1/22 and happily assembled the wooden sofa but alas, there is something missing, the rubber cushion seats and seat covers is left out! Hurriedly, I communicate to seller and they finally told me a total of 8 parcels were shipped to Ezbuy Shanghai and they contacted the person ic in Shanghai and the later started to send the parcel of cushion to me on 12/1/21! My hope of having a new sofa for 2022 CNY was shattered with out the cushion!
I tried at least 4 times direct live chart with Ezbuy Khaixuan, Tiffany and others on charging me the extra shipment cost and the delayed of parcel caused by their receiving end and wanted to speak to their mgr Allan for an explanation to no avail even though CSR promised the Allan will return my call after several "promises".
From the charts with ezbuy CSRs, the Allan seems to "ellah" the issues raises by customer like me and never returned a call or email!
So for those out there who wants to ship goods through ezbuy, my advice is please stop doing that! They are a bunch of talk only and never really wanted to help you as a customer to resolve issues that you face! Again stop using ezbuy if you are currently wanting to ship any thing from overseas!

Delivery took several weeks because of one product that was out of stock. After they finally cancelled it was complicated getting my refund.

Payment made, then emailed to say out of stock. Refund requires me to log into account and fill in some stupid form, provide bank details and wait 7 days for result.

I have been using ezbuy for 5 years, they service used to be very good until they have lost my parcel shipping from USA due to driver's negligent. I supposed to pick up my parcel dated on 7 July at 15:15 at a HDB block near my house. The driver came late around 15:20 and said that he need us to wait for him another 15 mins and then he drove the truck away. About 30 persons in the queue to pick up our online shopping parcel with surgical mask on under the hot sun. Due to Covid, most of us are WFH at this period, we have waited for 30 mins still have not see the driver. I forced to join my conference call from the queue outside the HDB block. Around 16:00 the driver return and he told us that he has lost all parcels because he did not close the truck door. All the parcels has dropped out from the truck when he was driving. He tried to drive back to the route and hope can locate the parcels but no luck.

The stuffs I have purchased from Under Armour cost US$144. I called ezbuy SG hotline, the customer service asked me to send all my receipt to their customer service email address and claim the damaged. I have spent about an hour to get all the relevant AWB detail, receipt etc and drafted the email. Their customer service reply they will try to locate my parcel which told more than a week, then she replied and told me ezbuy will compensate me SG$100 for the parcel lost. The lost of parcel is due to poor training or bad delivery service from ezbuy and they waited my waiting time, calling time etc, at the end only want to compensate me SG$100, half less than what I have paid for the parcel.

I called their SG CS hotline again, they said will ask their manager to call me back, it was last Thursdays 16/July, until today 21/July I still have not receive call from anyone from ezbuy.

I used to like their service and been recommended it to many friends, now I am very disappointed the way they are handling the lost parcel.

这是非常烂的一间公司,之前买东西的时候不会用要求下单号可以联系卖家,现在衣服有问题时说不能给单号联系卖家,一件$30多的衣服来货时钮扣脱掉了只是赔你$2.73你们说可笑吗?而且要求要看和卖家的对话也不完整,我看我也要为这$30多去消费协会告一下

I placed an order with Ezbuy and made the payment. After that, they asked me for extra shipping fees. I cancelled the order, because it is ridiculous! How could any vendor simply ask for extra payment after full payment transaction is done? That is horrendous! I wrote to the customer service, to feedback on this and the fact that they forfeited the voucher I used in the transaction. Since The order was cancelled due to the unreasonable conduct of the vendor, this voucher should be be deemed as "used". The customer service officer from Shanghai, FIONA, obviously used their standard reply template in all her emails to me, without addressing my concerns. That is very poor service provided. If she is not looking from the view of the customers, she should not be in this position at all. Ezbuy is absolutely not recommended! This is my first order with Ezbuy, and will definitely be my last. First, I got conned into making payment for the price they showed for the items. Second, they asked for more money. If they miscalculated the shipping fees, they should bear the costs, not push it to the consumers. Third, I am disgusted with the customer service provided. Fancy using same template for every email? And since it is the vendor's fault for the cancellation of the order, they should refund me the voucher! Having said that, it shows that they don't want my purchase at all. So I need to say more about this online shopping platform?

This item was supposed to be sold for about S$200 elsewhere and was advertised even until now for only S$99, so I quickly registered my account and started my buying process and normal delivery was about $25, but If I buy the $99 yearly membership, my delivery charges dropped to S$2.99, Obviously I pay S$99 + S$99!
A few days was sent an Urgent email from Ezbuy that the item was S$230+ and I need to top up another S$130+, of course I cancel my order cause am able to buy elsewhere for lesser amount!
There you have it, I am stuck with a S$99 yearly Membership! (Scam)
Until to date, it has been months I have yet to receive my refund of $99 back into my credit card after sending in a request to withdraw from my Ezbuy Wallet!

Be careful with your money (in using LightInTheBox's services and its MLM memebership scheme) and investment (https://www.nyse.com/quote/XNYS:LITB). Stay away from LightInTheBox! It is an elaborate scam! Though listed on US NYSE https://www.nyse.com/quote/XNYS:LITB, it is based in China. And run by PRC nationals. Given the current geopolitical situation against the backdrop of China (internally with Chairman Xi's target- recall Alibaba, Tencent) and (externally US sanctions against China and 2022 mid term Congress (Senate and House) elections are round the corner, any transactions via LightInTheBox will end up in your money being gone with the wind! And the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has been alerted that there are problems with the accounts, viz consolidated accounts. Look at the audit by its "auditor". See who the auditor is, the supposedly at arm's length audit committee; and the audit statement issued. If you follow the money, LightInTheBox is a fresh front (incorporated a LIMITED liability company) for Ezbuy (ezbuy.sg based in Singapore but it has operations (failing) in other countries besides Singapore, eg Malaysia, Taiwan, Pakistan) via a so-called M&A acquisition move. Technically, Ezbuy is acquired by LightInTheBox; however the CEO and senior management of Ezbuy (who are PRC too) became the senior management of LightInTheBox! These are the people who run Ezbuy to the ground- plagued with consistently and deteriorating financial performance. Ezbuy failed in being listed in Singapore SES and failed to be incorporated as a limited liability entity. Ezbuy (a Taobao agent) is exiting the market surreptitiously while in the meantime, fleecing and milking customers. Check out Facebook groups, Reddit groups, etc on how customers have their money scammed. It has gradually removed her PRIME membership programme, removed her Ezshop (Buy For Me) service, making Ezbuy an empty shell. Customer service (no more phone in customer service, only emails and chats) are manned ONLY by part time staff (based in other countries but worked for Ezbuy Singapore). In fact, in terms of manpower hiring, payroll, etc, it is under investigation by the local authorities Ministry of Manpower for violating foreign manpower and even local staff hiring. If you go to Chinese websites, you will find out that LightInTheBox has a run in with the Chinese authorities too after it has been reported to the 中央纪委监察部. So be careful with if you want to use services of LightInTheBox (inc www.miniinthebox.com and aforementioned ezbuy.sg) or invest in her shares! (For consumers, you can now buy directly from Taobao itself using VISA/MASTERCARD even if you do not have Allipay; or through the English-based Aliexpress). For investors, please take note of the imminent collapse. In fact:

I had made purchase on Ezbuy, and the item came totally different from the pictures and description. I posted comment on their facebook page and sent them email. Nothing was done. Only standard replies. No solution. Very poor service.
