Please don't order! First of all they ship from China not Canada or Singapore myself and someone I know ordered 3 beds both orders shipped from China mine just got to USA California (I live in New York) coustumer service is horrible horrible and try to ask them question on Facebook they will delete your comment. Friend of mine recieved her beds today said they are horrible poor quality and of course no chance to return them! They are scammers giving people false information where order is made and shipped from and give no opportunity to return the order!

I ordered a bed on November 7 and I have not received the bed nor have I gotten a response from their customer service department.
I ordered the pet bed from one of their IG ads. Most IG ads actually turn out fine. This was just a puddle of lies. A holiday special! Your cat will love this! So, I went for this "holiday special." Then, days before Christmas, it wasn't here and I checked the tracking. Guess what? WEEKS after placing this order, it wasn't even in the country. I contacted customer service. I was told there was fine print saying that after a date (just days before my order), they "couldn't guarantee" delivery. But... this was a holiday special. Great for Christmas! Well, not their problem. It arrived over a week later. At a time when it was pointless. I tried to make the best of it and put it out. My cat wouldn't go near it. He wouldn't go in it. I tried putting him in it and he struggled and jumped out of my arms. He will not use it. So, if you want one of those fluffy cat beds, they are available from other companies. Stay away from this company at all costs.
I placed an order for 2 marshmallow beds for my cats over a month ago. My order shipped from Singapore to the United States August 21st and I still have not received my package. Easy Pet Life customer service support did respond to my initial request regarding status of shipment because customers cannot track their shipment themselves. If you click on the blue tracking number, it does not give you the most recent information. EZ Pet Life told me weeks ago that they are working on fixing their tracking service as, currently, only they can see the latest tracking status. I told them that if I didn't hear from them about my order I would be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. That was two weeks ago and they emailed back that I didn't have to "threaten them" because they are a Canadian business and guarantee delivery. YET THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO MY REQUESTS FOR ORDER STATUS in TWO WEEKS! They have over $100 of my money and are ignoring my requests for status of my order, now over 1 month! They're a bunch of thieves! They don't even have a customer service number or an address listed. They need to be shut down!
