While the glasses took a while to come because of the busy holiday shipping season, when they came, I was very excited. I had found an inexpensive way to replace my favorite glasses frame. The eyeglass store I usually go to was able to quickly take the lenses from the broken pair and put them in the new pair. Communication and follow-up has been good from this company. I'll be a repeat customer in the future.
I am in the process of returning my frames that I had sent to me so I can try them on. The purchase date was 11/5, they didn't even ship out the frames until 11/15. I finally received them on 11/20. Submitted the return within a week of getting them. I finally got confirmation that they received my return on 12/5 and I still have yet to receive my refund, and it is now 12/17. I'm not going to shop here again. It's just too slow and there's so many other online retailers that have faster service
I was offered 15% off and given a coupon code if I gave my email and phone number to be bothered with texts and emailed I Gabe my information bit was not given the discount.

opaque and user-unfriendly website. Insufficient information on product that I bought. I am buying a pig in a poke. The only reason I am taking the chance is that the product doesn''t cost much, so I will not be out much if it is not appropriate. Website does not let you go back and review things.
I am ordering for my husband. I don't know if my credit card will go through for the payment because the form did not allow my entry of my name for the billing address. There was no way to add the Pupil Distance on the form so I had to write it on the RX and rescan it.
Website doesn't work properly. Can't sign out of account. Have to update pages on checkout pages for them to operate properly. Leaves customer with little confidence in eyeglasses.com.

There is a discrepancy between the "Trial policy" described by your customer service representatives and your written return policy. It should be easy enough to add verbiage to your written statement regarding 30 days from date of shipment to clarify a grace period up to the date the last pair ship associated with the one order. I'd still like to try the Dolomiti but I didn't want to be on the hook for the $500 amount of the other frames on that order.

Took almost 3 wks to get them after placed order on February 3. Once arrived they frames were not satisfactory due to color. So I had to return. I just hope I'll get the refund promptly. All conversation with CS was excellent and very professional.
I placed another order for lenses to use a frame that I was returning and the site provided a place to indicate my return. This time I cannot find a way to specify I would like to send a frame to use.
Second time i ordered for glasses. No communication were made earlier that the glasses i ordered was out of stock. Had to wait for almost 2 weeks to know. In future if can be advised earlier. Thanks
The one pair of glasses that I really wanted showed they were in stock but received email 3 days later that they were unavailable so the other 2 pairs were mailed. I have returned them but have not received a credit yet. I have since purchased eyeglasses at LensCrafters because it is to hard to order online.
Lens wizard requires choosing an expensive coating, but searching for the lens and adding it first allows you to get it without the coating. Also really hard to understand how to send in your own frames. Not described anywhere in the checkout process. As a customer it leaves me concerned that I will get lenses shipped to me without a frame.
A compare feature would be nice. Also, the virtual try on doesn't work on my computer for some reason. More photos would be helpful too. On a model as well. Service promised was not delivered. It took 7 business days to process and ship my order and the website states 2-3. I was highly disappointed with the service.

You don't have for tri and bifocals, the ability to set the height and strength of these lenses. I tried to text you, but no response.
I felt as if the person on the phone wasn't fully engaged in our conversation (she was answering my questions, but was a bit curt. I could tell she may have been pre-occupied). As it turns out, I was told at the end of the call that she was in a store and had a customer waiting for her. I didn't feel like she wanted to spend time on the phone with me.
I feel like I've been trying to checkout all morning. I tried to use a card that hadn't had the address updated. It was understandably declined. I realized the issue and tried to fix it but the billing page would not allow me to edit any information. Under the shipping info it only had the ability to edit my card number. The delivery method tab only had the ability to edit card info. Restarting the page did not work and after I tried to do so ALL of the billing/ shipping info disappeared. The only reason this transaction was completed is because I started the whole process, entering rx info and all, in a new incognito tab with a new card. The website is great (although incredibly slow to change the color options when previewing frames) but the billing page seems to be pretty buggy. Not a horrible experience, but I won't be buying from here again. When you're taking my money is the worst time for things to fall apart as bad as they did. - I selected yes for a response, but really I just want you to be aware your website has some bugs in a bad place. I don't need anything.
Beware of your frames aren't "in stock", you may be waiting 3+ weeks for them to even ship! I'm still waiting!
I signed up for email and text but then was not able to use the 15% off my first purchase, very disappointing
I went through ebates and this server made the experience frustrating. Also tried to ask questions on the chat and it was impossible--nobody answered my question and then I told timed out
I sent in a high-quality Ray Ban frame to have the sunglass lenses replaced with my new prescription. The service was on time and the lens quality was fine. But the plastic frames with the new lenses in it were badly bent, so that the fit was way too loose. I called Eyeglasses.com customer service and was put on a long hold; then their robovoice offered a call back. However, never got the call back.

Earlier I wrote a review for eyeglasses.com with a 4-star rating and information that it was difficult to get a question answered but once finally I talked with a person that person helped. However, the truth is, I was threatened, told my frames order would be cancelled, if I did not write a good review by Monday (conversation on Friday, told "You have the weekend to get rid of the bad review and write a good one.") I did not know how to get rid of the "bad" one, thought what I had rated and written was directly to the company (I'd even provided my phone number) and didn't know where that review had ended up. I selected Sitejabber because it gave me a place to provide a review of this company, and I gave in to the threat because this was the only place where I could get this frame. I GREATLY appreciate that the company has these frames, and, even with the problems I'd had, if the person calling me had apologized, explained they were busy (understood), and how could she help, I would have ended up happily giving them 5 stars because, ultimately, they would have behaved as a company dedicated to doing right by their customers. But instead, since I was threatened and forced to write a "good" review, I can only write that the frames are exactly what I've sought for a long time, I greatly appreciate that this company carries them, but I can't, in good conscience, leave a review on this site that was coerced without revealing the truth about my first review, important due to the information these reviews provide for future customers
Tip for consumers:
I wasn't able to get through via email, either directly from my email or through the company's website. Something on my computer wouldn't let it work. I was unable to get anyone by phone over a 10 day period of trying. Never a call back though promised. I finally learned to select for the store, not for online, and that will get a person to answer.
