Their products are great most of the time until you have to return something after you stood there and explained and explained and explained exactly what you need and then you get something as I think this will fit this looks like it'll be the right part and then when you go to return it the hassle the the time that it spins to get it picked up it is just unbelievable
Tip for consumers:
They have good products when you specialize or special order something that you know is right but when they tell you I think it'll fit it looks right it looks like the part you need and then getting it returned as impossible

This appears to be a fake company - my bank account was charged $9.99 by Round of Applause Jewelry in San Diego CA which has a company address which is a residential address with 15 residents. Now this charge was my mistake for believing what I was buying was a real sale. But I took a chance for $10. Next - and this is the horrible part of this transaction - I have also been charge $69.99 which is a recurring charge by a Daniel A Bell membership by Danica - maybe Daniel California. I am turning this matter over to my Bank and I hope they find the same findings I found. I think my Bank is at fault because they accepted the charges without any City notated as most charges are notated.
? FAKE COMPANY. I ordered I Phone 7 plus sl 900 case in 2017 on line.
The good arrived but the case metal is so sharp and difficult for me to fit into my I Phone, I am not young lady.
I explained the product did not fit in well into my phone and requested refund. They ignored my request to refund it. Not even bother to reply me righteously despite several request.
Fake company. I never got refund of £44.99
