I sent flowers for Mother's day and the flowers delivered were horrible, old, and decaying. Their service is disgusting and overpriced. Will never be using it again.

I ordered flowers cake and chocolates hamper which they failed to deliver on girlfriends birthday. Paid in advance and paid extra to be delivered on specified time. After when I called their helpline to ask why this had happened they had the audacity to say "sir ye Pakistan hai" aur apke call kerke khud remind kerana chaheye. Like seriously?

I used express gift service to send gift to my friend. She got her gift on time and exactly what I ordered. She was very happy at that time, called me and thanked me. I am satisfied with their services.

Delivered rotten fruit which has bad smell. I called customer service to make complain the CS person not even apologies for bad item also giving me excuses. Also I asked him name he denied to tell me his name. Idk how this service dealing if the don't have customer service international standard.
