They are simply scammers

They said they have a hardware problem. And they can not have access to wallet but simply if you check this:

And check the Transaction history. You will see they moved all the funds inclouding mine.
And
Unfortunately, I was only be able to find my tron funds only:(address below)

I just dont get it... dont they think about this as a life and death situation for somebody in somewhere?

i think they did this before like 2 years ago i guess
