I tried to set up 5 new accounts. They totally got rid of me. ExpertHelp talked with me and found out that Facebook totally got rid of me. Expert help was totally honest with me that nothing could be done. They Also refunded me the money which was promised that they would do. Cherie
This company (Experthelp) is very misleading about the level of expertise that their "experts" have. The "expert" that they gave me to help me with a "Facebook" issue did not know anymore technical knowledge than me - and that is not saying much, because I am as far from being an "expert" as one can get. Also, their customer service team DOES NOT GET BACK TO YOU. They are unavailable to address any issue that you may have.
