Just ordered a dslr camera from this company having previous good experience in the past purchased 2 unlocked mobile phones lumia 830 and Samsung S4 over the last year one for me and other for the wife only because saved over £100 compared to Amazon always delivered on time by DHL couriers. Can't fault the service delivery email replied promptly paid by Paypal for extra security all in all recommended
They sold me a faulty Blackberry and it is already nearly 2 months since I sent it back for repair and still they need another week or two more (3 weeks ago they also stated that they need another week to sort it out but 3 weeks later it is still no sign of any progress). The customer service is also useless. All they do is answer the phone and write little messages to Hong Kong on your behalf. They do not have any information on anything. I insist on full refund now and they refuse to give my money back. Awful company! Never again!

Good price for a Motorola Moto G 16GB phone, and payment by PayPal with Credit Card reassured us enough to place order. My PayPal account suggests payment to HongKong but item was shipped from Middlesex and emails confirmed dispatch and Parcel Force Tracking. Phone actually arrived in 3 days with the Free Basic Shipping option. All well wrapped and working perfectly. Really delighted and happy to use again. GH

Hi. Like a lot of people reading this review I also had my doubts about from a fairly unknown company but I needed have worried I have now brought two item from them a nexus 7 and a Samsung s3 neo not the slighted problem and much cheaper than Amazon or eBay... hope this has been of some help... regards David
Worst service ever. Making promises they can't keep is very low and I hope no one uses their $#*!ty services. Very poor delivery service making me wait a full week after ordering before even contacting mr.
Sent my Xperia Z3 back under warranty in august 2016 (6 months ago). Not refunded received, Not answer received, Their webpage is dead, Phone number is dead.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
