Great product at a great price! Excellent on-line buying experience. I was looking to purchase the item from the on-line store however I had a question so I contacted their Customer Service dept. The person I talked to was very helpful. She placed the order and was extremely professional.

I followed suggestion of ordering up, but shoes were still too small. An email to customer service got me a replacement pair for the cost of overseas shipping only. We'll see when they get here...
As a follow up, I received the shoes and have since donated them. The pain after wearing them for one night at my part-time job was so bad, I wasn't sure I'd be able to get to my car. Was almost in tears. Save your $ and buy American products.

Replaced shoes that were too small “at no charge” (had to pay international shipping) and provided advice on sizing.

I ordered some goodies and paid the extra for shipping because why not? I messaged asking about my order being shipped since it hadn't shipped yet. I didn't complain I'm patient but with out me even asking they refunded my shipping just because it would be a couple days later! That is amazing customer service! I'm a forever customer now! Although the Shoebacca phone representative, "Moses" was not able to locate a tennis shoe for me,
I located a leather pair of Puma tennis shoes on Puma's website. The size was available and the price was lower than all competitor shoes, including my local, in-person stores. The free and fast shipping was extraordinary! It was also appreciated that the shoes came neatly packed within the shipping box. Have complete confidence using Shoebacca, the Star Wars of athletic shoes!
