They contacted me and told me that they would be able to sell my timeshare quickly for a certain price. I was sent an email by the representative that indicated that there was a money back guarantee as well. A year later they have been unsuccessful in selling my timeshare even though I have dropped the price to less than half of what they promised they would be able to quickly sell the property for. They have told me that instead of a money back guarantee, they would be willing to renew the sales agreement for 50% of what the original listing price is. They invited me to contact a lawyer and good luck with the money back guarantee. They have been rude and I have not received a single offer and no indication that they have ever had any intention to fulfill the contract, just take my money and run. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
