Hi,

I joined Payza because PayPal does not work in my country. I worked hard with a company to earn some money for myself. When i wanted to withdraw my funds out of Payza it made it impossible for me to withdraw them out. For the past 2-3 months I have been contacting their support.

I have been receiving the same reply over and over again that we are transitioning to new bank services that is why you cant withdraw funds. Moreover, I contacted support to let you know that I had to pay my bills for over 3 months and let me know of some solution or anticipate some date when the services will be restored enabling me to withdraw money. The reply to this was always that "Payza does not KNOW about a date or month when withdrawls will be activated".

Having all things messed up their DONT KNOWS and my DONT KNOW HOWS along with my condition of having unpaid bills I had to send my money to money exchanger to get them into my SKRILL ACCOUNt which has never behaved as unprofessionally as Payza has with me.

I sent my funds to *******@hotmail.com on 2/4/2013 10:49:35 with
Reference Number B3A99-45D7C-******* and the Amount of $821.66 USD. This person said he will transfer funds within 3 hours which he did not do.

Perplexed about the situation I filed a dispute against him for which he mailed me that please close dispute and I will send you the money. Not knowing about PAYZA's beautiful support system and to get my money back I closed the dispute and he ate my money that is how i should sum it up. Payza adding insult to injury replies to me that they cannot help me as Once a DISPUTE closed is closed forever.

Now in this scenario it is PAYZA who was unable to provide me with withdrawal options. There has not passed a day without me contacting support of Payza which is of no use.

This enraged me and I need Payza's help because in the current scenario the person who is scamming people is PAYZA ACCOUNT HOLDER. I know it is not a big deal for PAYZA to reopen the dispute and to deactivate his account which has scammed money from a number of people accross the globe. It was my hard earned money and I want Payza to reopen dispute as their help and support can let me have my money back, also it will make their services reliable by getting customer satisfaction

Instead of replying Payza cannot help me they should get the payza account holder the scammer's account suspended i. E. *******@hotmail.com. Help me get my payment back
