I ordered boots that where charged on the 17th of Dec they where suppose to arrive by the 21st according to their estimator, itios now Dec 28 and I have tried to contact them they don't call back, supposedly a supervisor was suppose to call me within 24 hrs that was on the 23, i have yrt to revceive a call or even acknowledgemet that they are working on my orede the tracking was last updated on the 24th? Horrible i wopuld never ever buy anything from them... i will be getting a rewfund from my bank and they can deal witht them :) that is the only good thing in this whole mess!
