The prices for the odds and ends are ridiculous. I got an absolutely standard controller with the color of my choice. I got the master mod because I CBA trying to pick and choose without really understanding how it all worked ahead of time. The controller technically meets 95% of what's advertised

I purchased the adaptive controller that has the left joystick removed and in a separate box that you can stick to the back of the controller. The controller works but is still extremely difficult to use. It also took roughly a month to get delivered even after paying for the expedited shipping and processing option.

Shirt came in large, we ordered extra large. Sent email explaining this but recieved no response.

Not a lot of communication on the order. Had to call multiple times to find out the status of what is going on. I did not know what to expect and honestly though your company might have been a scam because it. Also received my email for item being shipped after it already arrived. But once received I am very pleased with the product. Also wish I would have been notified that the d pad colors were out of stock while making purchase.

Came back with a solid controller. Probably one of the best controllers I own. But I really wish Evil had the option to create a mechanical d-pad. For a lot of competition controllers, that's a must have

Order came in quick. Husband wasn't able to use it. Called and some to someone who sent a return shipping label. I was charged another 60 on top of the 100+ that I had already sent. Was then told they would put a rush on it. I sent emails and texts in the weeks to follow. It took me going off to get a response and my order sent back. Even with all the modifications my husband still has issues using it. Yes he can use it to find our watch a movie but actually playing it... no he can't. If I didn't love him I wouldn't spend the money or the time. Just poor customer service in my opinion.

First experience was okay and I paid more money. After that it was poor at bear.

Stick was drifting from the first time I used it. The back buttons are in an uncontrollably spot

Although the controller is well made, I believe testing should be done to make sure the controllers are in working order, especially when for international orders. The controller I purchased as an issue with headphones not working with it.

The controller is great but paying for the express shipping and being on top of the list is a waste of money. Didn't show up any faster. Besides that the controller is great.

They took quite awhile to get back to me.

I had a moddedzone controller for my ps4 and it worked better as far as building on fortnight it was more smooth and flawless. There's a slight delay with the evil controller building mod. Also there's not aimbot or aim assist for fortnite. I had aim assist with moddedzone. I paid about $75 dollars more more the evil controller and it's not worth it. Needs aimbot and I'd be happy and deal with the delay on the builds.

Website worked just fine, no problems placing my order, customer service was very disappointing. I had a problem claiming the extra 10% off offer from signing up for the newsletter. I contacted customer service, got a response 3 days later, replied my concern and heard nothing else. Seems like just so long as they got my hard earned money they could care less about how satisfied I am. Don't expect good service, but the product works good.

It can but without the case and some controls didn't work. Is it being shipped back to get dixed

My cousin 34 had a stroke and wanted to play ps5 with her kids so we ordered this controller. There is no jump feature. And two hands needed to operate.
Definitely a waste of money.

Good customer service for sure, yet the product is shaky. The initial upgrades are nice and appreciate when they work…however the stick drift happens constantly and the digital tap trigger has fully failed to function at this point. I have to send the controller back in even at this time. I have to pay every time I do so and factoring the price of the controller, it is a realized nightmare in terms of expense. If you did not get the gold two year insurance I truly feel your pain because you have definitely wasted your money. I just want the most out of my buck which did not work out with evil controllers.

The customer service was helpful yet at times ambiguous as to if they understood the full situation explained. At times had to follow up again to be sure. Otherwise good competent service.

Bought a customized controller and was very happy with it for about 2 months before the right trigger started to not work. The controller would rarely register me pressing the right trigger so Evil told me to reset it so I did multiple times to no avail. One of the mod buttons on the back was pressed in and I could not reattach it. For costing so much I expected better quality.

Called and left message and I never received a call back.

I ordered my first modded controller for CoD and Div2. I waited 3 weeks for my controller to be built with a skin, a rapid fire mod, and tactile triggers. 2 weeks after I got it the left trigger died. Then had to wait 3 more weeks for the controller to get repaired. It was a major let down

A customization item I chose (glossy red trim) was not on the controller just the default trim

Pro tension stick already losing tension in areas only hours after play. Messes with your aim more than helps

The customer service was fine just you guys need to ensure you're following up on time and getting the orders correct. I am assuming the pro tension is a new feature you just released and I either had a faulty stick or something your working on making better. I can definitely see the benefit of being able to play at a higher sensitivity while having the accuracy of a low sense with pro tension once the reliability issue of it has been solved.

Your team is friendly when contacting but with the amount that these controllers cost they really should be done right on the first time before it's delivered and you really need to contact whoever made your new site and have them fix the issues right away. I didn't even get a confirmation email of my controller order and had no idea when to expect it in the mail.

Love the products. I use them myself, this is for an xmas gift. I would like to say the products are hard to find in the menus. I have found both purchases by going through the whole product list ****+. No complaints about the product, just finding what I want here. Example I was never able to find the black guide button. And I hope you guys can get the xbox one controller open. I just havent heard any good news on that. Keep up the good work.
