Acceptable, short on communication, don't care for the rubber like material so much, hope it breaths and doesn't mold or mildew under it. But pleasantly surprised and happy with what I got.

I ordered a roll top desk. They sent some stain samples which helped. When desk arrived I am very happy with the stain. Desk was made after I ordered it, they don't have a hundred of them in a warehouse. Was well worth the wait. Top quality wood and craftsmanship, will last for generations. A family heirloom. Called them 4 times, everyone was friendly and answered my questions. Delivery guy called a day ahead and 30 minutes ahead. Was friendly and very careful with the desk, he put it upstairs in my room. The product really was not as classy in design or as well made as expected. It arrived in good condition although I didn't check to see if the item was complete with respect to screws and other hardware. Houzz was excellent in terms of customer service, we were able to return the 4 boxes, 3 of which we had not opened, and received the refund promptly. I have no complaints at all about the shopping experience.

I am so pleased with this couch. I've already fallen asleep on it numerous times. My dog loves it too; he's a shedder but it's barely even visible with the plush texture and it's easy to clean. Delivery time was a bit long (just about 5 weeks from the day I ordered it), but well worth the wait. The installation was free and the company kept me up to date and did a great job placing it just where I wanted. Highly recommend!
