Wish I would have read the reviews first. Order 2 pair of basketball shorts December 4th as a Christmas present. Never received anything. Sent multiple emails (because there is no number to call). Received one response on January 3rd stating there was an issue with my shipment and they were sending another shipment right away. Still nothing. I have now sent 6 emails and NOTHING. It is May 13th so... They got me for $70

This "company" or whatever you want to call it is absolutely TERRIBLE. I ordered my brother shorts December 4,2019 for a Christmas gift. It is now March 27,2020 and I have yet to receive them nor get an email or refund back. Very disappointed and angry with this "company". Hope this guy is enjoying all of the money he scammed off of people. Absolutely pathetic.
Ordered happy snappers nov. 28th have tried contacting them to no avail. Very unhappy 40.00 and can't reach them pissed off. Big scam.
On December 4th, I purchased my son some basketball shorts for Christmas. Thought he'd have the shorts by then. Today, it's January 2nd and we haven't received any shorts. The package tracking is a joke as ARRIVE doesn't show when we'll receive it. Try calling and emailing them and you get no response. WHAT A JOKE!
I ordered my brother a pair of shorts on Dec. 10,2019. It is now Feb. 11,2020 and I have received NOTHING. Very disappointed with this "company".
Ordered some short for my nephew on here a month ago. Several calls and emails later to their customer service and I have yet to receive my order, tracking nbr nor a refund. Was told no refund will be given until the product is returned to them (A PRODUCT I STILL DON'T HAVE). Going to file a dispute with my credit card company.
Don't order from this site, unless you like giving away your money. I never received an order confirmation email. I emailed to ask about it. No reply. It's been a month, and I've received no product or communication indicating that any is forthcoming. I've left voicemails, sent emails, sent texts... no reply. I'll be reporting to the BBB. Buyer beware.
ORDERED 6 HAPPY NAPPERS ON NOV 9... HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THE COMPANY. I HAVE SENT MESSAGES AND NO RESPONSE... SCAM MAYBE?
Awful awful awful customer service. And by awful, I mean non-existent. I ordered merchandise from them, and 4+ weeks later, absolutely nothing. So then, I reached out via email, text (of course its some dudes cell phone), phone calls, and I was forwarded to voicemail and ignored. So just a word of advice, pay the extra $$ and order from a legit reputable website.
