I ordered a couple of items as a gift for my wife's birthday. Ordered in plenty of time and goods were showing as in stock. So far all I've received are two emails advising of delays, meaning the presents won't arrive in time.
It was easy to order and arrived very quickly it was.very easy to get the correct size.
The only thing I.will say is that the extras that you can get put on the sleeve should be free as the price is expensive as.it is.
Ordered two tee shirts, delighted with both, good quality etc! However although they are both large there is a distinct difference in their size and fit?

The staff in the lounge are without exception, fantastic!
However, they struggle with the bar when the barrel needs changing as it is out of their hands how quickly this can be done. This can leave customers like me frustrated at half time not able to enjoy the pint of my choice in what is a limited window of time. The bar area is cash free and I pay by card however, it bothers me that I cannot tip the staff when paying by card in the same way that I can at my local or golf club.
Praise should be given to Hattie my contact person for the lounge and I would like to name Jason at the ticket office who sorts out my away tickets and any extra tickets for the home games for the professional manner. 5 stars for staff and 4 stars for preparation of the bar and cellar.
The sweater that I saw on the Everton Direct website looked good and was described well so I decided to purchase it. It was delivered very safely and quickly (like many other items that I have purchased from Everton Direct)

I was very pleased to be able too purchase the top the day it was released, very easy to use the order form and the size options are great, I ordered the top on Friday and it was delivered to me on the Sunday, so I was able to wear it for our first home game

I got my grandson the 3 new kits the home kit took 4 weeks to arrive never had a problem before always been excellent service arrived in great condition it was just the wait for the new home kit
