The guys at work were keep telling me to change my ancient phone. Eventually i caved and i started browsing the net for a site where i could buy a phone at a reasonable price. Eventually i stumbled across Everbuying, they offered free shipping and the prices were pretty low also. Ordered a Cubot X15 from them that was on promotion and they sent it the next day. Arrived in just 4 days and works great, been using it ever since and no issues were encountered. Thank you guys for the phone, love you.

These people are total thieves. I ordered a remote controlled racing car in January 2018, and was recently advised that it had been rejected in Brazil because of incomplete documentation. The item was returned to China. Upon demanding a full refund, minus postage, they offered me only a fraction of the price I paid. That is theft. I have had an open ticket with them for weeks and they still obfuscate the issue. I warn everybody to stay away from them. They will rip you off!

I ordered a hoverboard from them weeks ago. Took my money right away. No communication, no indication of when it will ship, that "3-6 business days for processing" is a lie. I'm guessing that the piece is not in stock (although it said it was) and they'll stall. I think I'm going to call the credit card company. They don't seem to care.

These people are total thieves. I ordered a remote controlled racing car in January 2018, and was recently advised that it had been rejected in Brazil because of incomplete documentation. The item was returned to China. Upon demanding a full refund, minus postage, they offered me only a fraction of the price I paid. That is theft. I bought some water balloon things from this site on May 13th, 2016 after my sister referred me to this site. Got an email they shipped it May 15th. It never arrived, so after their stated 10-25 business days shipping, I emailed them to let them know my package never arrived, it says it was coming from China, postal, with no tracking. Now they say that I have to wait a Full 60 days before they will do anything at all about my missing order, plus they're advising me that I should have paid for their "higher priced better shipping options with tracking" too. REALLY? How about you just ship packages properly with tracking or offer only traceable shipping options, so your customer service response isn't so insulting to your consumers. In the mean time these were for an activity for my son's birthday party which has now passed and we didn't get to play with them and by the time we "might" get them, summer will be almost over, ridiculous.
IF I ever get my order or they actually respond with a proper option to resolve this, then I will update my review but as of now, I feel this is very poor customer service and a poor way of resolving a problem with their orders. Very disappointing.
UPDATE: Company emailed me shortly after this post and offered a refund, I accepted and received my refund within a week. Still never received the package, it's Oct now.

I've made two orders (with payment of course), and my order was in processing over 10 days so I ask them (via ticket) what is wrong. They answered me that ordered phones aren't on stock anymore. And they offer me other phones or return of my money. I choose other models and made another payment (because that models were more expensive than previous). But there was mo delivery again. I concacted them again - and thry answered me that the ordered phones are no longer in stock.
This is vety bad and ugly way way of dealing with customers.

Were the heck is my order. I've been trying to contact customer service but yet I get no reply after saying 24hrs response time. This is a load of BS.

I ordered product in hope that I would receive them ASAP but yet it is still processing after a week. This is a terrible service. I'm going to get a refund if my products aren't shipped in the next week.

I took the plunge and made three purchases from Everbuying the first back in early to mid march, now over 2 months ago and unfortunately, never received any items that I ordered. Upon trying to contact them about the issue, I was met with another impenetrable faceless wall of deception. Firstly, the live chat is non operative, all the time, secondly, the convoluted and protracted ticket system is also inoperative, as it disallows certain required boxes to be filled in, instead booting you to an endless cycle of blank screens, removing any text you manage to fill in to the other boxes. The emails I have sent all bounce, and yet they still send me marketing rubbish endlessly, showing that they are still trading. In my unfortunate experience with them, they have proven to be totally bogus, and I seriously recommend finding an alternative Chinese reseller.

My wife ordered a phone in June the phone never came every time we call we only get a answering machine but the mail box is always full honestly I think this whole thing is just a scam we surely hate that we lost money we will never order nothing else from this company we took a 60.00 dollar lost should of known better do anyone have a better contact number for ever buying. Ordered memory card, never received. Do no purchase from these theives. Look at all the negative reviews. Very unsatisfied! So glad it wasn't an expensive purchase.

I purchased a pair of headphones on everbuying.net over a month ago and it said 7 - 25 and it hasn't arrived. I tried contacting them about it, but that just ended up with my email full of spam from the website and no response about wanting a refund. Don't buy here, even if you saw good reviews, which i fell for, it is not to be trusted. The package hasn't even shipped, and it's been over a month. Don't waste your time or money on this website, it's a scam.

This site is a SCAM! Stay away from it, unless you want to prove yourself you're a dumb for not considering 500+ negative reviews here. They collect money and do not ship the items. I order a TV box in November and they have not shipped it yet (30 days later). Customer service is bs, I mean look at the replies here, it's a machine reply.

There's no way I would knowingly order anything from China. 1st: their clothes sizes for people and dogs are just wrong. 2nd: Their electronics are one hitters at best. So if they break down, that's it, trash it. Also they arrive without downloading disc. It's hard to register generic devices. 3rd: it takes entirely too long to arrive. 4th: They're on the other side of the planet so who can you complain too for satisfaction. 5: It costs too much much money to ship back for refund. I know cause I purchased a generic 32g mp4 device and I can't download audiobooks to it but it's gonna cost me $20 to send it back(with tracking number). The device was only $10 plus $15s&h. I would be crazy to pay all that extra money on a $10 device so I decided to keep it I have a friend who knows about this kinda thing so maybe I will be lucky.

Should be called NEVERBUYING because I'm never buying from them again!
I should have read more reviews before purchasing. They got paid through PayPal two weeks ago.
Woman on phone stated my order will be shipped out immediately. As of this morning nothing has changed as far as the status. "PROCESSING". THIS COMPANY IS NO GOOD!
DO NOT ORDER THROUGH EVERBUYING! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I ordered 45 days before and still didnt get my product, i tried contacting them but didnt get any answer. Very Bad customer service and dont buy anything from here. You will probably wont get it. :(

Everbuying representative on PayPal asked me to close a dispute on PayPal so that I am unable to receive a refund. I paid quite a large sum, and was told that it would be refunded 1 week after the case if it was not shipped to me. It has been a total of almost 3 weeks and no refund in sight. Will be pursuing other cases to get my money back. However I suggest users to stay away from this site. I guarantee that I will be getting my money back however.

I placed an order Sep 13, they say it shipped Sep 17. I reported it at 48 days and they told me I had to wait 60 days, and I did. It's now 67 days later and several communications later and still nothing. They say they will either reship or give me a refund in their WALLET. I don't want money in their Wallet, I want a refund to PayPal. This is a scam operation if there ever was. DO NOT BUY HERE! I've never dealt with such a shady company and I won't do it again!

Do not buy product from this website, I purchased Xiaomi cell phone from this website and could not start after about 4 months and I sent the phone back to them then no response another 3 months, asked them again and been told the phone well repaired, after another one month shipping I got the "well repaired phone" only worked 2 days dead again. Plus tax, shipping total cost me $400USD and I finally got a garbage.

I ordered a Lenovo K3 on 06/10/2015, the payment was done, a few minutes after, and the order is still processing. I opened a ticket yesterday, no answer. I have opened another ticket today (I guess there won't be an answer). I know that last week was holidays in China and this may delay things, but, Monday and Tuesday weren't holidays, so you couold have answered my complains in its website...

Please listen and do not purchase anything from this site. I order a cell phone and headphones from this company and paid for insurance and expedited shipping. The items arrived over 3 weeks later. The headphones work, but the cell phone I purchased stopped working 5 days after receipt. It will no longer turn on. I have filled out an RMA and sent emails and have received no response. This company is a scam and should not be allowed to do business in the United States. Purchase at your own risk.

This website should be under investigations, they are scamming people. I ordered a white jacket on Feb 1st and I paid for the insurance and the express shipping. I still never received the item. On top of that the so-called tracking number does not even work in its own website. Scam BIG TIME! Please do not make any purchase from this website, because you will be loosing your money and get into frustrations.

I bought a sweater and a head band and the site said free next day shipping. Its been almost two months now and still nothing! I have to give presents late and it sucks because I can't even find out where my packages are. Its so terrible. I can't track my order and no one gets back to me at all! Ridiculous!

Bought article. Got after 6 weeks a refund. Article out of stock said Everbuying. But it was still at their site. You could buy it at a price almost twice as before. Site not yet right updated said Everbuying. But now after two month it is still the same. You can buy the article for a much higher price. So not out of stock. Still at the site. They don't deliver. Have written six tickets. After 3 tickets no answer anymore. H. B.

This company has no customer service department. Clothes are not the right size so I am trying to get somebody to tell me how to process a return and no answer. I've opened 2 tickets and have not had a response. I want to blast them on FACEBOOK and have my friends share, share, share! What a total waste of money!

Please people do not buy any product from Everbuying.net, they are 110% ripoff and provide false products and false items to us. You basically have to wait nearly about 2 months for their products to arrive and their customer service is so bad that they even don't know what they are talking about.
I ordered a watch called N0.1 G3 from them around 2 months ago and after sending them many messages they replied back to me saying that they have shipped the product with a tracking number, when I tried the tracking number in the given courier website I only got a message that the item is pre-advised and that's it. Since then till today I am getting the same message every time I check with the tracking number.

Even the courier company said to me that they do not have such package and that they do not have any information about the package yet as they have not received any package from Everbuying.net.

Now Everbuying.net is saying to me that I have to wait for another 3 weeks and if nothing happens I should let them know and they will do something.

This is bull$#*!, they doesn't have any product with them and once the customer orders anything from their website they just take the order and then orders the product from the suppliers and if they are lucky and gets the product then they send the product to the customer.

This is totally bull$#*! customer service, I have suffered a lot from these morons and requesting everyone of you to not buy anything from there people.
