Easy ticket purchasing but add-on fees are excessive. Seems like a lot of gouging. Been a heavy concert goer for nearly 40 years (well over 200 shows) and rising "garbage" fees these days have deterred me from many concerts over last decade. Younger-up-and-coming generations can't afford this crap! When my generation stops coming…who will show up if y'all continue to price people out of getting tickets?
I had purchased tickets to an event that was held this last week. With the bad weather that came in and shut down half the state, closed roads all over. I could not drive out of town let alone to this event. I contacted them and nothing they could do about this because I didn't spend the extra for insurance. Very disappointing.
Easy to navigate, quick check out. Not sure why the rate your experience is longer that the transaction and requesting 50 words or more. This is a pain.
Is everyone as tired as I am seeing the price of something and then when you go to purchase them they tack on ridiculously high fees that puts it no where near what the advertised price is. Quite a scam!
Just bought tickets to a show at Mountain Winery, They display the Section and Row but not the actual seat numbers.

I bought one ticket on Sunday Section: Mezzanine 1st • Row: 10 • Qty: 1 #******* --and now just purchased a second ticket in the same section ---- #*******! How can I confirm that I will be able to sit next to my friend? Simple, fast and easy purchase experience, regardless!

Interesting questions, Was it possible to get free shipping? Sept 14th is one of the tickets estimated arrival date. We'll I purchased insurance for each ticket,. So to answer the question that I would hope after purchasing insurance, it would be full. --0- is that a trick question??
I was shocked at how expensive the tickets are but and the extra charges of more than 100 dollars was exorbitant, and then I had to pay for the "insurance". I got Capital One but I'm still not sure how to use it. But I haven't gone to Wolftrap in several years, and am now not young enough to use the lawn.
Easy website to navigate thru, but the extra charges on top of the regular ticket prices are insane! Smh
The website was easy to use and responsive but they added a $15 service fee per ticket at checkout. I hate being asked to last minute pay more money on a screen that's going to time out, it doesn't let me budget correctly.
The fee is ridiculous. I would much rather get tickets from the venue. I resent being shuffled through here.
I am not sure where the best place to stay maybe. It will take me another fifteen minutes to figure out which hotel is convenient.

Pretty good experience except we needed 8 tickets and the only purchase option was 7 or 9 tickets. Really doesn't make sense. Also why charge $9.95 for a delivery fee when you are texting them to me!

Casting Crowns ticket purchase was easy enough.
Wish had the option to print the tickets just incase something happens to my phone. The additional pricing of $22 per ticket is outrageous though. Very disappointing. Way to high. The insurance price of $7.00 is a bit high too but at least it will be worth it... just incase. I truly wish these services would stop gouging purchasing online just because they can. Most don't live close enough to the venue to purchase there and some venues don't handle the purchasing of tickets anyway so they really have you over a barrel don't they... and they know it... hence the high processing prices. Yuck! What a racket!
Purchased tickets to the Nutcracker Ballet. Didn't like the fact that it didn't tell me what seats I have in Row Y.
Easy purchase, but the mob is really cashing in on the public charging that much of a service fee. Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiidiculous!
