“Duet of Concerts”

If you missed the Tim McGraw and Faith Hill concert "Soul 2 Soul" last night, you missed that moment when your heart stops just to make a point that this is the best that life can give you. The concert was a two for one. Tim and Faith each had some separate stage time that allowed them to highlight some of their well-known songs, and then it was an evening of duets and love. There's no question that the two of them are in love, but the audience was in love with the two of them as well. It was a night to remember when your heart stopped to tell you "Listen to this. This Is love set to music." Thanks also to EventTicketCenter for a flawless and very simple ticketing and entry process at the Staple Center.

Horrible experience. Purchased two tickets. I was told that I would receive tickets one day prior to the event. We live 4 hours away from the venue and find that unacceptable and unsatisfactory. Site says can get a refund in one day. Called immediately to cancel and was told no. Out $300 dollars. Do not use this site. Please stick to Ticketmaster or Stub Hub. So disappointed.

What a shady "company" this is. Their practice works like this: You purchase a ticket from their website, and receive an email that your purchase has been complete, and informing you that you will receive a second email that contains a link to "claim your tickets", but the second email may or may not ever come.
When my wife purchased tickets, they stated that she needed to "download our app", and when that didn't work, she was told that "we can only transfer tickets to email addresses that match the email address you have registered at Ticketmaster". Finally, two days before the day of the event, after we had already left home for a trip to the city where the event was going to be held, the email showed up, and she was able to download the tickets to her phone wallet.
When I purchased tickets two weeks ago, same process, but the second email still has not arrived, even though they claim it was sent. After waiting on hold for 30-minutes, their phone tree finally allows a callback request within "48-hours". I have been through that process twice, and when someone did finally call back, they offered no solution to have the second email resent, and instead, insist that I "look harder" at my Inbox for the email that never arrived. With less than a week to go before my event, they told me to "be patient". What an exhausting attitude on their part.
They are very unprofessional, and discourteous. Next time, I'll pay more money and buy tickets from the ticket monster that we all hate. None of us wants to keep doing that, but at least when I buy from them, I know the tickets will arrive.

I ordered from EventTicketCenter.com two tickets for the local show. The tickets were listed there for $47-57 and, in process of ordering, $15/ticket fee plut $9.95 delivery (for MOBILE tickets) was sneaked in. In sum, what EventTicketCenter.com resold from TicketMaster.com two tickets totalling $52.50 for $134.03. IT IS MORE THAN DOUBLE! When I tried to cancel (20 min after purchase) the company refused to do so. They also refused to lower down the charges to the reasonalble level, but claiming that it is TicketMaster that sets the prices (This turned out to be not true).

BOTTOM LINE: Do not buy event tickets from sponsored links. Only from venue or artist. There are a lot of those ticket bot companies.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T BUY TICKETS HERE! 3 hours before my concert I had to call to ask why I haven't received my tickets… turns out I was never going to get my tickets. They weren't going to email me my refund unless I called. Glad I did! PRAYING I GET MY REFUND! Honestly if I could give it a zero star I would in a heart beat :) I should have listened to the other reviews when this website had a 1.03 star rating

I ordered tickets on their website that claimed to be full concert tickets but was ONLY sent the fast lane passes for the concert, which don't even let you inside the venue and only let you skip the lines! The fast lane passes are worth only $15 but they cost me the entire ticket price without any warning! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I had tickets for Foreigner, Kansas and Europe for July 2020. I was no surprise that the event was canceled due to COVID. I received an Email from Event Ticket Center stating that I could receive a full refund or 120% voucher but in order to get the refund I had to respond within 12hrs. Really 12hrs, I only check my email a couple of times per week so the time had come and gone before I even saw the email. Fast forward a year and I found another event I wanted to attend STYX and REO Speedwagon in SLC. On July 26,2021 I went to their website and tried to purchase to tickets using my voucher but found out it was expired. I emailed them asking how it could expire if there was no way to use it due to COVID and received a response 3 weeks later (yes 21 days to respond) Upon receiving my email saying they extended the voucher I once again went online to attempt to purchase tickets only to find out there were very limited seats remaining and that there is no provisions on the purchase tickets page to redeem the voucher after I decided settle for far worse seats than I originally wanted to purchase. I then tried calling their "customer service" and after being on hold for 45 minutes I got a message that due to high call volumes I could press 1 and save my place in line and they would return my call in the order it was received that was 7 hrs ago and still no call back. To be clear the first time the offer for a call back was made was after waiting on the phone for 45 minutes. Whatever happened to treating your customers right?

Tip for consumers:
Use Ticket Masters or some other site that has higher ratings

Let me be clear, the concert itself was amazing. This website is a complete joke. Despite being on the very top row, which wouldnt have even been a problem, we had a huge old camera blocking the view from one seat. There were two vintage stools that were used in the camera area blocking two seats. Not to mention a tarp that covered the camera in one of the seats and the empty seat beside it. I understand trying to make money and cram the building, but this was absolutely ridiculous. I wish I could attach pictures to prove a point.

Unfortunately my daughter and I did not have a good time due to the fact of a mishap from your company I ordered tickets back in October front row seats to find out the day of the concert we could not go for I received an email saying I was being refunded my money due to the fact that somehow your company sold those tickets to two different customers and unfortunately my daughter and I were thee unlucky customers Im very upset about this and dont think the refund of money money was satisfying for I had to deal with a heart broken 13 year old girl all night crying her heart out cause she was unable to see her favorite artist Kane brown I feel I should have been informed way sooner so I would of had time to buy other tickets but unfortunately I was informed the day of the show and it was sold out

Ordered tickets 6 months prior to U2 & Lumineers show in DC. Day of event, no tickets. After multiple calls and an email, learned at 3pm (4 hours prior to show-took 3 hours to drive there) that they never received tickets and therefore we had no tickets and that they would refund us that week - they didn't. Gave us 2 "free" tickets that turned out to be at highest point and no seats - standing room only and shared row with two others. That group had purchased 6 tickets and they didn't get theirs either. Same situation. $724.00. Gone, zip, nada, squat. Trying to get money back. This business and 3rd party Ticketworld are shams.
