“Great option for vacuum cleaner purchase”

Stumbled across this site while hunting for a replacement vacuum cleaner. First thought was to look at the "Brazilian region" site. After sort of finding what I was looking for, decided to search for that vacuum and eVacuumStore came up with a better price for the same model. In addition, an extra 10% discount was given on the order that included free shipping. All in all saved around $50.00 extra. Also the shipping was fast with delivery. So it pays to do your research.

A vacuum store will make you pay your own shipping to return the product. It took them almost a month to get my vacuum cleaner bags. I couldn't wait that long so I had to go to the nearest so and vac store and purchase them for half the price. Now they tell me I have to pay the shipping to return it to them.

A vacuum store will make you pay your own shipping to return the product. It took them almost a month to get my vacuum cleaner bags. I couldn't wait that long so I had to go to the nearest so and vac store and purchase them for half the price.
Now they tell me I have to pay the shipping to return it to them.

When I received my items was was damaged and inoperable. It took server all emails and two phone calls in order to get reimbursed... Which was short by two dollars. When I addressed this, I received no reply. After several attempts, I just gave up on getting any type of a resolution... it just wasn't worth it, and I could not deal with the lack of respect over this whole transaction.
I would recommend to NOT work/order from this company.

So much for customer service. I purchased two boxes of Sebo Vacuum bags. Cost $75. Bought wrong model. I only found out when I used up all of my existing bags. They refused a return or exchange. This is bad customer service. I would never do this to one of my customers. It guarantees this kind of review.

I called this company and bought a system they recomended, made here in the US, I bought the kit, I received the Vacumaid unit, which worked great, however, the attachments were from Germany and do not work with my system. Sebo is the name of the attachments, which need the European connections... I would not take a chance with this company

Ordered 50 vacuum bags which were not as advertised, they sent me a return shipping lable and I sent them back.NO CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT HAS EVER COME, I get the run around every time I call them...do not trust this company with your money, glad I did not buy an expensive vacuum cleaner from them!

What a disappointment. When my expedited (at my expense) shipment didn't leave their warehouse on time I was told to refuse the delivery. I did so and waited six weeks for a refund. On calling their 'returns' department today and speaking with Andrew I was told that I had already been refunded three weeks ago (which, if true, is not appearing on my credit card statement online). When I said I hadn't received the refund, he told me it can take a day or two to appear (which is odd, as he said it was issued more than three weeks ago). When I told him again that it isn't there, he hung up on me.

I disputed with American Express. "Service" from this company has been a disappointment from the get-go. I bought elsewhere and recommend that others do the same.

Ordered belts and filters for our Bissell. There was a delay in shipping due to an understandable supply chain delay. When finally shipped, we did not receive the goods. The post office showed delivery but we never received it. Contacted eVacuumStore and they immediately started a file. I received a message from them stating that the shipment was being returned to them and that they would refund or replace the order. We asked for a replacement as we wanted the merchandise. That was three months ago. We have had one follow-up message saying they would email us when a refund was issued. To date, we have no belts or filters, no refund, and no email. Our experience with eVacuumStore has turned very sour from what could have been a great customer service opportunity.

The initial order of my power nozzle seemed to be very smooth, to the point that I made comments about how easy it was to place the order. It was after that, the customer service fell to pieces. Extremely rude representative I just hung up with again. The team at EVacuum seems as if they have absolutely no idea what they are doing, or selling. My product will be returned immediately, so i can order from a professional organization. Do not use this company.

Tip for consumers:
dont use the evacuum store, thats the best advice i can offer

Warning this company is a fraud I never received my vacuum and the customer service is bad. I ordered a $600 dollar vacuum.

They claimed to have sent a 2nd shipment, I never received it. AND I also never received an email with tracking number or ANYTHING, notifying me of this new vacuum coming in.

How can I be on the lookout for a package when these people don't update me?

After this, I contacted UPS to set up a claim, and get this figured out and they claim that Evacuum store provided them a different address than the one I gave Evacuumstore. I made Evacuumstore aware of this situation, and they still refused to help me.

The chat representatives were Sean and Mike. I spoke with Sean about my order twice & the last time, he had the audacity to end the chat on me- not professional at all.

All in all, the sales manager refused to give me a refund and categorize my order as a fraud (only because my IP addresses showed that I was in Texas and Mexico, which is totally normal for a person going on vacation).

They make no sense my vacuum never got home and I'm so mad at how they never answer honestly about my order!

Tip for consumers:
NEVER order from this site, you will be very dissapointed in the customer service and the way they do business.

I tried to order filters online and could not decide what I actually needed so I called this company to place the order. This Yankee lady was insistent that I needs a particular filter, so I gave her my cc and info. When I received them, indeed they were not what I described to her. After going through 4 different people that refused to understand my frustration, I am still stuck with 2 boxes of the wrong filter. No matter how many times I described my filter along with a picture, I was told that filter had been changed to the felt filters I was sent. I tried the filter in my machine and am convinced these people are thick and do not intend to correct my problem because they refuse to admit there is a problem

Ordered an important part for a vacuum that i needed for my business. I received email that item was shipped 9/27 by USPS priority. After 3 days and not receiving order i checked the tracking and it stated that a label has been created but not shipped. I called the customer service on 10/4 too inquire why the order STILL was in preshipment. I talked to a confused and unorganized operator who promised me shed get back to me during the day to rectify the situation. After no call for 8 hrs i called again and the explanation i got was that the item was shipped the 27th - i explained to the agent that USPS tracking still had the item in preshipment... she then told me she had no idea what was going on and would have to investigate it again- i then canceled the order and bought item on amazon and it will be here in 2 days. I tried to give another vendor a chance to get my business instead of amazon, but this company fell way short- do not use, bad company and very unorganized.

use amazon!!!!

The correct item for my Kenmore vac but the cardboard insert is too wide and would not fit in. I even
Cut the sides to fit but still could not fit it in. I did a chat with an agent but it was not helpful at all. All
He said was they never had this problem before. Well, they do now. They lost me as a customer.

Ordered two small items which were allegedly in stock and ready to ship. My CC was charged right away, and over 11 days later, I still only have a UPS tracking # which was generated by their "warehouse". I have requested the order be cancelled and the customer service representatives refused. Note, this company simply seems to be just a reseller, as a wholesale only company named Essco actually generated the shipping label and is the "warehouse" they refer to. (See www.Essco.net) Don't get ripped off, buy somewhere else and avoid the headache.

I bought a electrolux central vacuum in april of 2020. My house was not finised until May of 2021, so i never had a chance to use it until then. Within an hour or use rhe vacuum put out smoke and set our smoke detectors off while my wife was on the other side of the house. Turns out the motor was defective and setting off sparks. Called evacuumstore and they said they'd warranty and send the motor out. On june 8, i called back and asked for instructions on how to install it and the vacuum store said they didn't have any and would not pay for labor. I never received the motor. Called again june 25 to check the status. No ETA or nothing they could do. Called waited almost a month and called in to check the status. No status. I asked if they'd back their product and send me a new one if i sent mine back. Their manager josh said he couldn't and the way they back their products is by providing a Manufacturers warranty. They will not assist you or do anything, even if your product is dangerous. Don't do business with them. Even for a 1500 dollar purchase, they will not assist.

I ordered a part which, after 21 days of waiting, never arrived. When I emailed their customer service, my complaint was met with customer service sending a document with the USPS tracking number, detailing the package had been delivered! When I attempted resolution over the telephone I was treated with total disdain. I have learned a lesson which cost me $26.98 that eVacuumStore is happy to take your money but once they have it, they could care less. Definitely NOT a reputable business! Caveat emptor (let the buyer beware)!

I needed to determine if I ordered the right part and was treated very rudely by Josh. In an email conversation he told me I owned a fake Electrolux model (not true) and had a very condescending tone, instead of asking me questions & providing good customer service. I made a complaint via email. No one got back to me for weeks. When I called back, guess who answered? Josh. This must be an extremely small company, & it's not accredited by the BBB. Would definitely not recommend this company.

Apparently there is one person in the store and he cannot recognize what type of bag it is by looking at the bag. AND he wouldn't let me speak to anyone else. He said No One at the store can look at a bag and sell you that bag. WOW.

I ordered items on the 17th. After a full week I had not received any update on my order so I reached out to customer service. I asked when I could expect my order. The only response I got was a part was not in inventory (which any reliable business would not have allowed someone to order a product they didn't have in inventory). I then asked again when I could expect my order, and they ghosted me. 5 days after my initial reach out to the company, I called to cancel my order.

Since I had not received any shipping information, I should not have had a problem cancelling since their website clearly states "orders can not be cancelled once they've been shipped." The first person I spoke to told me "it hasn't shipped yet but it's supposed to ship today and she wasn't able to cancel my order". This was baffling to me. How can they not cancel my order if the company is still in possession of 1. My money and 2. The items I paid for 10 days ago? She refused to cancel my order, said a manager could call me back then hung up on me.

Then I talked to Mike when i called back. He told me "the item has already shipped because we printed a shipping label." How convenient. I had not received any email alert, no tracking number and his colleague had told me it hadn't shipped yet. Caught in a lie. When I said this, he hung up on me... so I called back and got Mike once more... who proceeded to lie about how we "got disconnected" told me "I don't like being called a liar" when he continued to lie to me even more. He once again refused to allow me to cancel my order, said because a label has been printed it has shipped (this is not true... most people know printing a label does not magically make it fly out of a warehouse). Before I had called Mike, I submitted a new ticket to cancel my order. It's now a week after these phone calls and I have yet to receive a response from that ticket. They shipped my order the very next day I tried 4x to cancel.

Shoddy business practices going against their own policies on website. Probably a scam for identity theft as well.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use them. If you can not trust a company to follow the policy on their website, you clearly can not trust them at all.

I placed an order for a Dyson Motörhead replacement part mid June. It is now almost September and I still don't have it. Every time I've called they say the part is on backorder and usually takes two weeks to come in. I asked several times if anyone could do anything to expedite or find out what was taking so long. Everyone told me no and basically I was out of luckjust to cancel if I wanted. Finally I did cancel but the part is still on the website, no notice about backorders. I should've cancelled sooner but since I was getting a good deal I waited. Lesson learned. I won't try to order from them again.

I was specific with the saler on the telephone about my vacuum beam 253 and asked for the cloth filter for that, so he say yes we have I bought finally arrived I opened and the size was 2x small. When I order with the customer service I asked more than one time if is the right one his answer was "yes that will fits your vacuum ". You expected that they are professionals and know what they are selling but his expertise was sale take a hold of your money (boosting his commission) for 40 days until you return the wrong purchase. I call that a scene. Be aware!

I ordered a bissell turbo brush waited two weeks for delivery and got a completely different tool I called customer service spoke to a very rude guy that spoke over me and offered me my money back. I called two days later and ask to for a manager and a women called Donna said that there was no manager. She offered me a discount for the item that I originally ordered and that was advertised on there website. I was just FED UP! So I asked for my money back that took three weeks to get back and I only got back a partial refund. I called back for the rest that I eventually got back this business is ESHADDDDDYY! WARNNING!. DO NOT SHOP THERE.

I purchased k95 masks(10 pack) from eVacuumStore and used my first mask from them last week. The string on the very first mask I put on broke off and I did not even stretch it more than necessary to put it around by ear. This happened when I was going into a Home Depot store so the mask was completely useless.

These masks are poor quality. I contacted eVacuumStore via email but they never bothered to respond. I purchased a vacuum from eVacuumStore in the past but I will never buy from them again because of their poor customer service and the poor quality of the k95 masks I Purchaed from them.

I placed a order on December 16th as a Christmas present for my husband. Turns out I ordered the wrong item. I called EVacuumStore customer service and received NO customer service. To return the item, I am responsible for $57.00 in shipping. They do not provide return labels. To top it off... they shipped 2 of the same items and argued with me that I ordered 2 of the same product. I am now responsible for $114.00 in shipping to return 2 of the same items. Service was awful. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
