Well I honestly gave this 1 star meaning if I could give it less, I would The only positive note is that I never bothered to do business with this slime ball I decided to ask around on quotes for moving our furniture from Toronto to Galway Ireland Anyways we received several quotes over the course of a week Many company's even followed up with a phone call which was nice This company offered a ridiculous quote that was over $1500 CAD more than every company and we even had two that offered us over $2000 CAD cheaper We sent the same list to every company of what needed to be moved Anyways I wasn't too upset as we had many good offers, I simply disregarded this company I ended up receiving a "reminder that I am moving" e-mail, because people apparently forget that they are moving continents (insert rolling eyes here) The email was from David Magliocco I replied to him telling him it was extortion and that I found over $2000 cheaper and said thanks but no thanks His quick reply was and I quote was "extortion? I beg your pardon? Seems to me the other company is clearly not quoting on the same services nor volume I not only replied that everyone got the same list and requirements and repeated extortion I also told him I wasn't mad but thought he should know not to bother with follow ups and reminded him that I clearly didn't forget I was moving I also said for future to try not insult a customers intelligence and that his attitude alone made me not want to do business with him He sent a sarcastic and insulting email back Sounds like a pathetic loser and I don't do business like this He's very shady and lacks basic communication skills let alone customer service You would think someone asking $2000 more than everyone else would at least know how to talk to a customer Apparently that expectation was too high in David's case I also want to point out that I read the reviews on this company and everyone had a complaint about them not honoring signed contracts, it being a scam and being charged twice or they wouldn't release from customs etc Funny enough I didn't read one positive review, there's a surprise!
