Question about starting date for insurance was confusing because I didn't know whether you want the current or the date that it renews to cover 2020-2021.

Do not like ther fact that I ws overcharged $30 - certainly expect it to be refunded when everything is processed

Ir was difficult to get all details for order in proper order. Once accomplished, great, fast service. T he service fee mwas also an unplesant surprise.

I enjoyed taking care of these things on line. Did not have to drive somewhere and stand in line for time
And hopefully avoid getting cov 19. Thankyou and goodnight.

The process to renew the registration was straight forward and easy but I'm not sure why a permanent copy can't be mailed until after the order has COVID-19 halt order issues have been lifted. I'm still receiving mail and not sure why I can't get the final copy via mail as well. But I'll see how this turns out. Thanks.

Good but it's taken more than a week to actually receive title transfer. I understand there was fields that were not filled out in our part but I corrected and submitted same day. Wished I had received same day responses instead of next day.

The site was easy to use. I was surprised at how quickly they shipped (same day, I think, or next day) and very glad I had not paid extra for expedited service. I did contemplate whether the ~ 20% (in my case) was worth it but decided Yes, it is, for the convenience and time it saved me vs a manual filling of forms through DMV, etc. And, it's only every 2 years, anyway.

Quick and easy, but there was no E-Check option available. Very disappointing not to have that option listed.

19.95 is far too much to charge for processing an order. We are under stay at home orders and basically I had no choice but buy online.

As with everything, I just wish it was less. I understand, but with a sick husband, a funeral to arrange for my youngest son and having to do the reg. again and living on a fixed income, I need my car. So, thank you for helping me.

Not happy with the extra charges. Don't feel it is fair due to COVID causing issues with in person renewal.

My disappointment was my final bill,

On the whole I find it interesting insofar as we lose our title then you are there to help us replace it, only I give more credit to that only a big thank you, but you have to I have not received it yet in my mailbox and that's only my concern thank you again for your support, your service is pleasant

The site wouldn't accept my e-signature though the money had already been taken from my account. I received several notices that I needed to complete my order so I finally called. I was told the order was being processed and should be received soon. I did get it but it was confusing that it wouldn't accept my e-signature when typed identically with the way they had it spelled.

Pretty Straight forward and I like the fact that it makes it easy for people with multiple vehicles.

Remind people re spaces in license plate numbers. I put in 430 HUN instead of 430HUN and it took three tries before I figured out what was wrong.

Everything was quick and easy but at check out I could not use my PayPal...I would have felt a little more secure using that instead of going through the regular way of using my credit card...just because it is my first time using this site...

Every customer must to trust this company cause they offer a great service. So, don't be afraid to allow theme take care your demand.

It's pretty good, but when I log in for one of my boats or cars, all my cars and boats needing renewal should Pop-up,so I can deal with everything at the same time. I had my boat info handy so Indid that today. Since I'm not near my vehicles, I'll have to do them on another day...

Very easy process. Now hoping that renewal sticker will be sent promptly We never received anything in the mail about either of our two cars - perhaps because of the pandemic

It's easy to use the website, but I didn't notice the $30 fee until the very end because I didn't have the paper bill in front of me and wasn't expecting it. Had I noticed the fee before making the payment I would have mailed a check for the total due on the bill ($161.00) instead. $30 seems like a large fee for making an electronic transaction. It would be nice if the reminder email mentioned that there is a fee for using the eTag service. That would make it straightforward and obvious. Thanks!

OK, But why didn't you offer a email confirmation , Other than that I have been on the P C for 1 hour trying to get this done. There should be an faster way to get all information. But Thank you
