Etags charges a small convenient fee but it's worth itI got my temporary registration fast just downloaded it after payment was made. Then about a week later in the mail I got my registration and tags.

When I entered my license plate online, I was informed no such plate existed. When I tried a second time, I was (erroneously) informed that I already had renewed my registration. I ignored that and used the VIN to complete the order. There was explanation as to why the fee was not $135. The vehicle has two owners, but the online procedure provided no way to enter the second owner's name.

Very easy to navigate. Did not take long to submit my order, just a few simple questions and I was good to go! I will definitely use again.

I wish I'd gotten more reminders that my renewal was due, so that it didn't become overdue and more expensive, due only to my worsening memory. I think seniors should be cut some slack here, and not charged these late fees, as long as they do pay in some reasonable amount of time. Especially low income seniors like myself who will have to find the extra money in my essentials' budget, like heat in the winter, food, and medical expenses.

this is the first time ever having to pay more than the stated registration renewal. The extra fees were totally not expected nor was I apprised of them or of possible extra fees at anytime. It is not ok. I thought DMV was becoming more customer friendly. There is aneed for better and improved communication.

I applied for and paid for my e-tags in December. I never received them. I was informed by email that my registration was expiring at the end of January. I then checked on line and was informed that my registration was renewed. I then tried to use the chats service and was informed that it was an issue I needed to speak with a representative about. I called three times and was disconnected each time before anyone answered. My only recourse was to apply for replacement stickers at my own expense.

Do not rely on the time table they use. No contact information. The web site to input you request and information leaves room for improvement.

The simplest, quickest, most efficient way to renew registrations. BAM. From log on to delivery was three days. Great!

Question about starting date for insurance was confusing because I didn't know whether you want the current or the date that it renews to cover 2020-2021.

You sent, and charged me twice for my sticker and registration for tag JGI. I53. Please refund one of them or I will have to contact my credit card company to dispute the transaction duplicate.

I have never renewed a registration online. Website was very easy to navigate. Liked the fact I kept getting emails with updates on my registration renewal, so I knew where my request was at. To my surprised, I received it in the mail sooner than expected. Definitely recommend it and will renew my plate in 2 years again.

Etags is a great option with payment plans available, which makes it affordable and easy to use to address all your DMV registration needs.

Too expensive - need to change laws only works for people who do not have insurance and drive their cars. We that pay get screwed. Socialism is alive and well, how sad

Ease of ordering is great but at the end the $6.95 "Rush" was quick. I did not want it but accidentally clicked yes. wish there was a "are you sure" question or something
