Their products are all made here in the USA - in Utah. I received my products quickly and in great condition. Good quality stuff. Thanks!
19 Feb ordered 4 supplements (pills) from Walmart, coming from 4 different sub-merchants. Early March I received 3 of these without problem, but order from Esupplements never came. Tracking indicates it was returned to sender on 25 Feb owing to an address problem. (I'm sure they would say it was my fault for giving them my address incorrectly, but the fact that the other 3 were received disproves this.) 15 Mar I emailed Esupplements asking for a replacement or refund—their choice. They blew this off. 19 Mar I went to Walmart and asked for a refund. A supervisor said I had to ring 1-800-walmart. 22 Mar I rang 1-800-walmart, and a Hindu submitted a request for a refund. 23 Mar suddenly Esupplements wrote me. Imagine that. They asked whether I wanted a refund or replacement. I responded asking for a refund. 2nd time this merchant blew off a message from me. 30 Mar I went to Walmart a 2nd time to asked for a refund. Same supervisor attempted to ring a number. No one answered, so she gave me a different number to ring. 2 Apr I sent a 2nd reply to the Esupplements email, asking for a refund again. 3rd time this merchant blew off a message from me. 8 Apr I rang the number the Walmart supervisor gave me. It turned out to be a wrong number, for an old woman somewhere in Utah who thought I was a Walmart employee. 12 Apr I rang my credit card to register a dispute, and get the charge to Esupplements reversed.

Tip for consumers:
Pay with a credit card so you can dispute and reverse the charge if you never receive.

Despite promises of quick delivery my products still haven't arrived and I will be surprised if they will. They can give me no tracking information, unlike the professional company evitamins - choose them instead.
Ordered on 06/19 and received order on 06/30 - no tracking that worked.
When order was received today the two 5 lb containers of ON Protein we dented in on all 4 sides. Not slightly but dented good. This was due to shipping in a box that was obviously too small. Box also appeared to be used. Most unprofessional order I could ever imagine. Customer service response was to return it and they would investigate.
Not sure how these folks stay in business.
Beware of this company they will show you a product using the manufacturer's website. You will think you're ordering from the manufacturer however the fact is you are ordering from esupplements.com once you submit your payment their website pops up thanking you for the purchase. It's a sneaky and shady way of scamming a customer into thinking you are purchasing directly from the manufacturer. You won't get a quality supplement or authentic. The reviews on esupplements.com is legendary horror stories after horror stories.
Terrible. I ordered (3) Animal Stak bottles from this website. When I originally ordered it it processed and on my receipt I notice that it was changed to Mstak bottles because of a coupon that was entered at checkout. I emailed within a minute of the processed order to stop them from sending the Mstak instead of the Stak pak. I followed it up with a phone call and they told me there was nothing they could do. That I would have to reject the package and wait for a refund. The next day I went on to Bodybuilding.com to order from them instead. My package arrived today and the package from Esupplements is still in IL. Unbelievable they were very unprofessional in their customer service (they still hadnt even package my order when I called, but still could not doing anything about it). I will never use them again. Stay away!
PRINTED SHIPPING LABEL ONLY had to get my credit card company after them for a promised refund. There is something very wrong with this company.
I ordered some creatine from esupplements.com, and was enticed by the fact that you get free shipping for 3-5 days. After the five days, I saw that Fed Ex still showed that only a shipping label had been created. I called esupplements and they said that if I didn't receive the product by the end of the day, to call back and get a refund. I waited two days and then called. I was told I had to call Fed Ex first to find out the status of my order before I could be given a refund. I explained that I wasn't doing that because it wasn't my job to call them. They needed to refund my money and call Fed Ex themselves to find out why they did not deliver. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I got hung up on. I called back, and finally got someone with intelligence who refunded my money.
Just a side note though, that the shipping label was created is all that happened. This means that the warehouse printed the label, and so Fed Ex knew to expect the order. Either it was stolen from the warehouse, or the label just misplaced. Either way, after all the fuss and commotion to get a refund for a product I never received, I will just pay more to shop local or some other website.

I ordered some of the Nutricost and staunch products. Use them all. I think sometimes shipping is free, sometimes not.
