In July (4 months ago) I paid for a 400 word essay and a 600 word science presentation. I provided more than enough needed guidelines to assist with this. I asked the customer service if they have money-back guarantees and they replied saying that if it was completed according to the guidelines, there would be a 100% refund allocated to the buyer. Given the reassurance, I purchased, spending $100 on this essay. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. Instead I received a 1000 word essay that was not even NEAR to what I had asked for, and was absolutely rubbish. It was complete nonsense and would not even pass in primary school, filled with grammatical errors and plain garbage. I had asked for a refund as a part of the money-back guarantee (as a review would be too late to do since it was past my assignment due date and I had paid for it to be complete within those amount of hours) but instead they REFUSED TO COMPLY WITH THEIR OWN 100% MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE. I was forced to do the assignment myself and received a late penalty due to this company. After 4 WHOLE MONTHS OF SENDING EMAILS BACK AND FORTH, I was offered nothing but a 6o% refund! This is not what I was assured in the beginning, and if I had known that the money-back guarantee was a scam, I would NOT have paid for the service. The customer service was completely rude and useless, both through email and through webchat. This company is also illegitimate, they do NOT have a registered ABN and do not have an official business address. The owner, supervisors and managers (if they have any) are also UNCONTACTABLE. They use fake names to provide customer service so they are not traced. They do this to vulnerable students because they are SCAMMERS. I can give more detail but guys trust not to make the horrific mistake I did. I now have to contact the police to get 100% of my money back since contacting them for the last 4 months to try and get all my money back has been unsuccessful. To this day they still are refusing to give a 100% refund. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO YOUR ASSIGNMENT OR USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY. NOT THIS FAKE ONE!
