I ordered a paper with Essaysfeed and I received 30 pages of incoherent gibberish that looked as if it had been written by a 15 year old with a poor command of the English language or by a cheap bot. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I requested another writer for my paper and I received another 30 pages of nonsense. This might sound like I am exaggerating, but the paper, which was supposed to be written by a postgrad student, was not even acceptable for a high school assignment. It was unintelligible. It did not respect academic conventions and grammar and spelling rules were systematically ignored. It had no thesis statement and no clear purpose, with random sections that made very little sense. I asked for a refund and they gave me a meagre 20%. After writing this review, they contacted me to try and reach an agreement. After struggling to hear from them (their great customer service becomes surprisingly slow whenever you complain or ask for any kind of compensation), they offered me another 20% and, funnily enough, two discount codes for future orders with them (as if I hadn't had enough with the two horrible "essays" I had previously received). They keep trying to convince me to delete the review, but the compensation they offer is ridiculous and they show no interest in my experience as a customer beyond the impact a bad review can have on their business. If you are unsure, I beg you to stay away from Essaysfeed. Check the positive reviews. They are all 5-star reviews with absolutely nothing bad to say. Suspicious, right? It's a scam and I have already lost too much time and money to them.

Update: I was promised a refund on the condition that I deleted my review. This was back in September and they've ignored me ever since, and I have received nothing. They keep saying that the refund department (which I'm not sure even exists) is processing my request. At this point I don't even care about the money, I just want everyone to know how much of a scam this awful service is.
