Great service so far. From the initial registration of my assignment I received a phone call instead of communication through the online tool. I felt very better knowing that they really care to understand your individual needs.
I hired two writers. The first writer, who is assumed as 'top writer' was not on time (which is the most important thing) and the quality was terrible. Therefore, I got a refund and I hired a second writer (my assignment is already messed up. I will not get the mark). The work was also terrible. The writer did not include any citation/reference and did not follow the guideline at all. It is true that this website is cheap, however, the quality of their top writer's work is extremely poor. Bad quality, no reference, not on time, not following the guideline, what can I say more? I am telling you, cheap price -> there is a clear reason. I have been regretting.
The writers on essay pro are plagiarist. Paid for two papers and recieved a zero on each because it was someone else's work. I recieved a refund and deactivated my account. That site should be illegal.

They did a bad job. Did not finish on time, even after I gave them an extra week to finish the work. After the original tutor messed up the essay, I had to hire another, and the second also did a horrible job. Don't trust them. Ask for an extension on your homework, and do it yourself. You will end up doing it anyway. Save your money, and save your self the headache.

What is the point of follow -up or attempt to contact me after you messed up. I only have one chance to submit my class assignment. If you fail to deliver the 1st time, there is no need for further discussion.

Because of billing issues, I have been forced to pay for an essay three different times that came back as 59% plagiarism. I have been nothing but cooperative and have had to pay insufficient funds fees just to please the company while they are threatening me…when my degree is already at risk because of the fraudulent assignment they provided me with. I have not had any problems for three weeks with any of the transactions and they contact me about one from three weeks ago and start threatening to report all of my orders that I have placed… 85 of them… To my university as plagiarism. It's just mind blowing how unprofessional and unkind these people truly are. Will not cooperate with you under any terms and will try to ruin your educational career no matter how much money you have given them

So I checked the review and it all seems great about essaypro so I decided to give it a try. So this one writer looks great for my order and I decided to choose her. At first, I have 7 days to complete the assignment and the writer said everything is ok. I even mention that it's important to have a zip file plus a word document at the beginning. Days after, the writer told me that she requires more money for the order because the order requires additional task. I even mention about this task at the beginning as well but it seems like she didn't read the whole instructions up until days later when my assignment is due in 2 or 3 days. I even try to narrow down the task for her (2,000 words down to 1,000 words) and I up the contract money to 25$ more, but she refused and asks for $200. I have a feeling that she wants to force me into the position that I need to make a decision quick to give her a bunch of money or something similar. What a rip off.

I used this service for a university psychology paper and what I got back was horrendous. Improper English, poor grammar, no intro, body or conclusion. Didn't stay on topic (I don't even think he was ever ON topic) and often was way out in left field. I can only laugh bc that'll teach me to be lazy. Now I have to start from scratch anyway and I'm out $110. Lesson learned.

I paid for an essay, what a received back was all completely unusable, fake references, so many typos, the content or references were completely irrelevant. I gave the writer feedback which he ignored. I asked for a refund as the essay was completely unusable. It has been several weeks now and they have not refunded me. They say they have sent the refund but after contacting my bank this is not the case. I've lost out now on a fair bit of money. Please please do not use this site. All the good reviews on here are obviously bots.

I realize that when instructions are updated some people don't take the time to read it before telling you they can do it. When I asked if the instructions were understood the writer said yes and when they did my paper it wasn't how it was suppose to be done. It had to be corrected three times which was over 11 hours past due. That's very inconvenient. IT seem as if they just say yes for the money the mess your paper up. For the final paper I received it still wasn't done correctly but I was out of time to submit my essay so I had to just take what was given which was not worth the money.

Very bad quality of work. I got a 4/10 on my assignment which is a failing mark. Don't recommend. Sources were fake quotations were fake website links didn't even work. Instructions on reading the book were not followed

ESSAYPRO is worst! I failed my dissertation because of them and may not be able to graduate!
The writer was late, wrote rubbish and was missing about 5000 words and some important sections. Also the writer copied and pasted from the info I gave him which is plagarism. The writer also contacted me privately on telegram and asked to be my personal tutor and that we should make payment off essaypro, I was uncomfortable and said no. I complained to essaypro about all of this and they couldn't do anything! I would avoid this site like a plague if I were you!
All one of the essaypro agents would say after I told him I would fail is 'this is indeed an extraordinary case'….

The writer rushed with the assignment and uploaded the paper with sources that cited the same book but in different versions. Then the revised version included sources that had nothing to do with the paper. In the end the final revision again included sources that did not relate to the topic. The writer submitted the final work (which was poor quality) after the deadline that I set and 10 minutes before the deadline of my assignment. I could not make use of any of the poorly written paragraphs.
