This company, which is actually run by the 'customer service' agent 'max' is a scam. I paid for a lengthy essay to be written and sent to me in 6 hours time, which is quite costly. I sent the $76.00 required for payment through paypal, and never received the paper. There is no legitimate contact phone number to reach them by, which I tried repeatedly to do. There is no live chat agent available after 6pm, either. Eleven in the evening rolled around, and my essay never showed up. I then decided to dispute the transaction through paypal, as my funds had been essentially wasted. It took days for me to be contacted, and even then I had an argument on my hands. According to 'max', my paper must have been lost in transit because there had been inclement weather in his region of Kenya and the internet had gone down.
