I have been using them since 2016. My first orders where excellent. However in the last 2 years they have given me some unbelievably bad essay writers. The writer's don't follow instructions the content don't make sense, many useless words just to meet the word count. They plagiarize and if you bring it up to them they deny (I highlighted plagiarism and gave them the source). They will absolutely not give you your money back. Instead they offer to revise your paper but that's not an option when the paper is due and the teacher does not take late work. So far 3 very bad papers. I will no longer use their service. I don't trust them anymore.

10 minutes before my deadline I had to ask them if I was getting the essay. They assured me I would have it on time. 5 minutes before the deadline they told me they were sorry but they didn't have an essay for me. They would not refund my money even though I received no essay at all. They said they would give me store credit? Why would I buy from them again? I had to do a dispute through my credit card company. Don't waste your time with these clowns.
I used this service with a 24 hour turn around. The writer did not follow the instructions at all. I immediately advised the writer and customer of this but did not get a response until it was too late. I requested a refund and was told a manager would contact me in 10 days. It took 12 days. After done arguing she offered me a full refund which I thanked her for and in her next email she advised could only refund me 60% because they had already paid the writer! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
