I don't know what you have changed on your site from about 2 months ago, but this was extremely frustrating. Banner design used to be much easier. Now text boxes come up in huge sizes and I have to try and get them to the same size, no matter that I have chosen the same size font each time. I have to use a different box per line of text, which means guessing where the line might end. You still do top-notch work, and prices are good, but the design tool changes were not good.

A little confusing, but not too much. Unclear how to ask for options relating to holes and such, if I wanted to specify.

Great experience. Love working with you. First time my image did not showo n my order - I am a bit worried.

Would like to upload multiple products at the same time. Had to go through the process 9 times for my order. Multiple order process can be improved

I am a returning customer and have been pleased with your service. If you wanted to improve, the on-line design tool could use more options/flexibility. Also, something minor - when I was entering credit card data, etc, it seemed like your fields would not recognize if I used my number keypad.

I like my products except for the fact the vinyl banners get ripped in the wind. It would be nice if they had slits in the so the wind wouldn't be so damaging.

took too long to get an online proof (well over an hour) so I had to go ahead and buy the banner without the proof because I need it asap.

Overall pretty easy to work with. Good quality products, fast production service, But a little slow at resolving issues.

I haven't received the banner yet, but a representative of your company, named Cameron was very helpful in helping me complete my order. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the shipping charges, which were almost as much as the actual product. (I purchased a 2x3 ft. plastic yard sign)...and shipping was $24.99!!
Company needs to find a cheaper form of shipping....

Very good, although the design tool isn't as intuitive as you might wish. Also would be helpful to know if the stake size I ordered will really work with the larger size sign I ordered this time.

I had to redo the sign several times. not extremely user friendly but I'm not great at this type of thing either

First time customer. Seems straight forward. Excited to see quality etc. Hoping for high quality printing and materials and I'm sure that's what we'll get!

when I Logged in it offered a 2 for 1 for VBS banners but I couldn't figure out how to get the code for this - I did find a 15% off code but would really prefer the 2 for 1 for the church banners!!

Always easy to upload my banners and I receive them in a timely manner. Would love to see better promotions for repeat and loyal customers

I am pleased. I wish I could see gridlines on banner so I could place the graphic image in between words in a centered way instead of eyeballing. I'm hoping this can be proofed before production, as the sign will be 15 feet big and uncentered image will be more obvious. Also found it strange that 3 day shipping was less than 2 day shipping. I would have liked a less expensive option - but needed it before next Wed. 2 day was cheapest option, which was strange.

It was easy to navigate. I waited for over two hours for the proof which never materialized even after I refreshed the page a few times.

Been using you for years, but the drop down navigation keeps getting in the way and makes the shopping experience annoying.

eSigns has been my go-to banner print source for five of the last six years. I tried another company last year and was very disappointed, so I'm back this year and don't plan on ever going anywhere else again! It is so simple and fun to design my own banners using their online design tool, I can upload any image I want and the printing is clear and vibrant.

I had to place my order over two days because it wouldn't let me select a password when I was setting up my account. Then on the second day it did fine.

Website was confusing for me, but thank you for providing a 1-800 number with assistance. It made all the difference of me ordering here vs. taking my business elsewhere.

Very good, except couldn't get proof of resized design. Instead, used 'Special Instructions' with leap of faith you'd get it right.
Would be more comfortable if 'online design' feature included a way to visualize resized designs.

Excellent design interface, but hated the )(@#$_( Facebok, Twitter, and other buttons being in the way.

I'm concerned about how the banner is going to turn out according to the proof image. There was one proof image then another at check out which looked different. Excited to see how they turn out!
