Over a year ago, I ordered a banner and it was delivered very pixelated. I brought this to their attention and Emmanuel said I had only 24 hours to notify them to take advantage of the Goof Proof guarantee. Three weeks ago I made a $430 purchase, and specifically requested Esign to ensure that the product was not pixelated. It was delivered pixelated and I notified Emmanuel within 24 hours. There was some back-and-forth about submitting the work through their online design tool. Then Emmanuel just stop communicating. He offered me a 20% discount on future work and refused to reprint or give a refund. The Goof Proof guarantee is a joke and a fraud. I have spent plenty of money with Esigns only to get screwed on a job like this.
Had them make a popup banner for us for trade show. We didn't wind up using it for a few weeks. The banner was very difficult to get to open but I managed but it was crooked at the bottom, there was sticky glue on the bottom and it cut off our disclosure. Then a piece fell off. When we went back to them they said we had to let them know in 24 hours if there was a problem and refused to fix to make it right. Last time we do business with them.
Just took too long to get it figured out. I like your finished product, just wish someone had helped me faster.
I asked a question about design on chat and got not no answer. Also 40% off email I got this morning was not clear! Made it sound like all signs were on sale.
First time ordering signs online. I would have liked a thumbnail of my banner art to show in my cart to reassure me. I can only rate the experience fully after I have received and reviewed the final product.
It was a real pain in the neck...last time I skipped the proof, which took days to finally come through. This time it didn't upload. Then I had to wait and contact customer service twice.
Everything was good except for the website issues during check out. It kept looping me back around each time I tried to create an account. Kept telling me to fill out all info even though everything was filled.
Your continuous drop down menu's are annoying!!! Stop them when someone is trying to place an order!
The checkout was frustrating because error messages were vague. In the end I fugred out (on my own) that the format of the (required ) phone number was incorrect.
It took FIVE tries for the correct total to come up! The font on my PDF has been changed on your proof and I don't know why...I want to use the font Cargo Crate, not what the proof is showing....
The promo codes and shipping discounts were confusing and I was forced to re-do my order multiple times.
Your design software is lacking key features. such as Circle tools, square tools, line tools, curved line tools ect.
The website is a pain. I have to keep reloading the page to get it to save my designs. Hopefully this worked.
Not enough info in the shopping cart to tell what type of material was selected. Or how many grommets will be installed
Really would like to see the proof and the design didn't use large pictures or couldn't figure out how to add to my artwork. Needs to be more intuitive.

NO INFO ABOUT GROMMETS, VERY DIFFICULT TO DESIGN SIGN, PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS HAS GROMMETS, HAD TO ENTER MY NAME AND ADDRESS THREE TIMES - WHY??? SOFTWARE NEEDS DEVELOPMENT. GREAT CHOICES ,ETC. JUST DIFFICULT TO USE.
there was some type of problem that would not allow me to check out as a guest. I am tired of trying to remember emails and password to everything. I love your site, prices, selection are awesome but this time was the worst experience I have ever had.
I had a lot of difficulty locating the online design page. I wish it were at the top of the page along with other choices. It would have been so much easier. I also had difficulty uploading designs. HOWEVER, Lark was so amazing and calm (I was frustrated) in helping me find all that I needed to get my 3 projects completed. Bless Lark and please give her a raise!!!!
Online design upload image feature needs to be a LOT better. It rejects an image (TIF with transparent background) without explaining why. I almost quit this order a few times because of repeated problems. I never figured out what the problem was. Instead got one to upload (png) successfully via many, many trials and errors and finally one success.
The website would not let me set up an account. I tried 7 time to enter all the information and it kept saying I needed to fill out all * entries, which I did. So finally my husband told be to check out as a guest, which worked.
I'm hoping that the signs will turn out well and on time... I have my fingers crossed...
I had done the banner last night but was surprised this morning when I found out you couldn't use it. I called and was told my pictures weren't good enough and the size wasn't right but I was not given alot of direction and I am new to this so it was very confusting.
I love esigns, have been using for years, but the ordering process and the cart interface seems to be getting too cumbersome. I messed up a double sided yard sign order, my fault, only got the one sided sign. I wish you had a reminder step for that as it is so easy to do.
A little confusing. Worried that I didn't get to see the finished product after making a gray border request.
The website is a bit odd these days. Toggling between HTML coding and then normal. Plus you should be able to click the little box next to multiple banners and then add all to cart...I didn't see that option and when I selected a bunch of boxes, it only added the one on which I clicked the add to cart button.
designer froze a number of times. I couldn't load my previous designs across different products... It may be possible, but I couldn't figure out how.
Free shipping for orders of 99 dollars. I submitted my order but was told that I was not eligible for the free shipping. When I called to ask an operator I was told there is a glitch.
