Over a year ago, I ordered a banner and it was delivered very pixelated. I brought this to their attention and Emmanuel said I had only 24 hours to notify them to take advantage of the Goof Proof guarantee. Three weeks ago I made a $430 purchase, and specifically requested Esign to ensure that the product was not pixelated. It was delivered pixelated and I notified Emmanuel within 24 hours. There was some back-and-forth about submitting the work through their online design tool. Then Emmanuel just stop communicating. He offered me a 20% discount on future work and refused to reprint or give a refund. The Goof Proof guarantee is a joke and a fraud. I have spent plenty of money with Esigns only to get screwed on a job like this.
Had them make a popup banner for us for trade show. We didn't wind up using it for a few weeks. The banner was very difficult to get to open but I managed but it was crooked at the bottom, there was sticky glue on the bottom and it cut off our disclosure. Then a piece fell off. When we went back to them they said we had to let them know in 24 hours if there was a problem and refused to fix to make it right. Last time we do business with them.
Difficulty in cart, checking out, shipping, paying. It appears their is an issue with the website. Usually, this process is quick.
I had trouble with the chat. It disconnected me from the first chat too soon so I initiated a second chat. The second chat was totally unproductive! I felt like she was too busy to concentrate on what I was asking and became very frustrated. I almost went to another vendor. I hope my design works since I placed an order without my questions being answered.

slow. I do graphic design as a profession so it should have been an easier endeavor.

the site was extremely confusing, the online help, when able to connect, was adequate the 1st time (i figured my issue out) & the 2nd time when questioning the shipping rates, the rep was not helpful. i nearly canceled the order except for the rakuten app offering 2 coupons which gave me free shipping.
My tax exempt status was lost by your system. I called and the two people I talked to yesterday were very hard to hear, and were unsure of what to do.
Your online ordering process works terribly. It has taken me over 60 minutes to get the site to accept this order. I tried it in two different browsers, hoping to get better response. The first customer service person told me to order 3 different banners, I'd have to do three separate transaction.
Not very helpful in resolving issues. Don't really care if you place an order with them or not. Plus, I canceled an order and had to re-do a whole order and within a matter of 10 minutes, shipping had doubled!
I am buying this sign hoping that a sign labeled as a parking type sign is made of metal, but you give no description at all of the sign or its materials.
Based on an extensive conversation I had yesterday with a representative, I thought my order was ready to be paid for and being processed. Turns out it wasn't and the amount I was quoted was grossely misquoted. Now, I'm inconvenienced and did not get the product I thought I could get. I probably will not use esigns again.
OMG, not sure what happened but had to redo this order 3 times! it kept saying your site was not responding during the proof.
Love the signs and service. Website is rough though. Had trouble with strange search results, loading times, and other quirks. Your products are too good for this to take you down a few notches. Just wanted to be honest. I'll be back though. Thanks!
Had issue with proof (distorted logo) so called customer service 800 number. Spoke with Irlania who was not helpful at all in how to resolve my issue. Rather than helping me figure out the best way to get what I wanted, she basically said that I had to do the changes myself. But I knew from past experience that the graphics team could do what I asked so I resent it in and sure enough, the graphics team came through. Too bad your customer service couldn't!
Was unable to make changes to an existing banner. Had to enter live chat and Cameron made changes for me. Just a simple date change....Your web design tool kept taking me back to step one of choosing a new banner....
I was trying to use the Chat option, and the first time someone was there, but my question was not resolved. The second time I tried, one one was available. I hope that the people making the inserts read my note.
I got to the end of ordering and pressed placed order and it took me back to filling info again. Because I had saved it it was easy. But I am concerned that I did not accidentally order two banners!
Have used this company before with no issues. THIS time I have 2 charges against a VISA that do not track for anything I'm ordering. Very inconvenient.
The site has may good sign options but understanding the process of finding and applying "On-Lline" are was difficult. I had to choose art under a "banner" then change to yard sign that I originally wanted.
Great production service, very dissatisfied with the actual product and the fact that no assembly instructions were provided.
