Over a year ago, I ordered a banner and it was delivered very pixelated. I brought this to their attention and Emmanuel said I had only 24 hours to notify them to take advantage of the Goof Proof guarantee. Three weeks ago I made a $430 purchase, and specifically requested Esign to ensure that the product was not pixelated. It was delivered pixelated and I notified Emmanuel within 24 hours. There was some back-and-forth about submitting the work through their online design tool. Then Emmanuel just stop communicating. He offered me a 20% discount on future work and refused to reprint or give a refund. The Goof Proof guarantee is a joke and a fraud. I have spent plenty of money with Esigns only to get screwed on a job like this.

The banner was very difficult to get to open but I managed but it was crooked at the bottom, there was sticky glue on the bottom and it cut off our disclosure. Then a piece fell off. When we went back to them they said we had to let them know in 24 hours if there was a problem and refused to fix to make it right. Last time we do business with them.

Expect that the item will arrive 1 day later than promised. They change their policies depending on who you speak to. They won't refund and only offered 20% off if we buy something else. Why would we buy something else?

The new site design was cumbersome the drop down menu kept covering my artboard. There was a technical problem and I could not save my work. Customer service had to help me. A 15 minute design took two hours.
Total Bait and Switch on the BOGO email and link - restrictions are bragged about as few and yet every item has to be IDENTICAL to take advantage of it. Only if you read the print that is barely visible on my screen at the bottom of the link (not in the email) would you find that it does not apply to the same product as advertised. Very disappointing. I spoke with a supervisor as well. I have always been an advocate and reference for your company. No more.
I am a long term customer of eSigns.com and have recommended them to other companies as well. Order was placed on Thursday, April 28 and esigns.com production approved the file on April 29. The order was supposed to be shipped vis UPS, with delivery date of Wednesday, May 4. Despite terms outlined, the esigns.com production team didn't start the printing process until May 5. Contacted Customer Service this morning to request that the signs be sent UPS Overnight to arrive on Friday, May 6 for no additional charge. Instead they shipped with delivery date of May 10. Customer Service No Longer Exists.
Had to place second order because original order kept dropping an item from the shopping cart during check out. Recreated order multiple times and thought all items were there, but was wrong again. The additional shipping is my only real complaint other than time required trying to get all the orders to "stay" in the system.
The first time I tried to order online I could not place my order because ever time I tried to apply the promo code I was sent back to the banner set up. My project was not saved and I had to create it again.

I ordered a banner for a funeral. I paid for expedited shipping just for it to be late and not even there for the funeral. When it arrived 4 days late. It wasn't even the banner I had created and ordered. They sent me someone else's banner. When I called to get things figured out. They didn't accommodate at all. They were insensitive, trying to justify their delayed shipping. Even though they shipped the wrong item. Never using them agian.

For the second year in a row, we ordered banners for our festival to thank our sponsors and for the second year in a row they will be arriving AFTER the festival. We paid extra for shipping both years and here we are again with banners now showing up on time. While esigns has no control over what/how the shipper gets their product to the customer, they DO have control over who they ship with. Fedex, two years in a row, failed again. ESigns refunded the cost of the shipping but it does nothing to get the banners where they were supposed to be two days ago. They've lost a customer as we cannot continually do this. Bigger issue is that they don't seem to care. I have been ordering banners from them for about 8 years for various functions and I have to say that this year is the worst for customer service. They have lost a customer. I'd post a photo of the banners but... ooops don't have them in my hands.

I am very annoyed at having to view the opt-in message at every refresh of every page. I will likely seek out a new vendor if this persists.
I upload photos all day long to various labs and this was by far the hardest one I have seen yet. I am still not sure I have it right.
It took about 20 hours to complete my order. So I called customer service. The said esigns was having computer problems and to try back in an hour. That did not work. Finally it worked this morning, but first I had to delete about ten items from my cart, since the web ordering was actually adding to my cart.
I just ordered 5 banners from you two weeks ago. I needed 1 more retractable stand. I DID NOT need another banner. Customer "No" Service said I was required to buy a banner to get the stand. That the stand could not be purchased alone. So you just wasted ink and banner material that I'm going to throw in the trash as soon as the stand arrives.
