Over a year ago, I ordered a banner and it was delivered very pixelated. I brought this to their attention and Emmanuel said I had only 24 hours to notify them to take advantage of the Goof Proof guarantee. Three weeks ago I made a $430 purchase, and specifically requested Esign to ensure that the product was not pixelated. It was delivered pixelated and I notified Emmanuel within 24 hours. There was some back-and-forth about submitting the work through their online design tool. Then Emmanuel just stop communicating. He offered me a 20% discount on future work and refused to reprint or give a refund. The Goof Proof guarantee is a joke and a fraud. I have spent plenty of money with Esigns only to get screwed on a job like this.
Had them make a popup banner for us for trade show. We didn't wind up using it for a few weeks. The banner was very difficult to get to open but I managed but it was crooked at the bottom, there was sticky glue on the bottom and it cut off our disclosure. Then a piece fell off. When we went back to them they said we had to let them know in 24 hours if there was a problem and refused to fix to make it right. Last time we do business with them.
Website is easy to use. I don't like having to wait on a proof however I do like that you email when it is ready! I LOVE that you turn items around so quickly and ship them, this is the #1 reason why I work with eSigns.com. Lastly, I have had a few issues over time but your customer service team has been easy to work with. While we could not get 1 color issue resolved, and that was frustrating I felt they tried and had good communications.
I don't know what you have changed on your site from about 2 months ago, but this was extremely frustrating. Banner design used to be much easier. Now text boxes come up in huge sizes and I have to try and get them to the same size, no matter that I have chosen the same size font each time. I have to use a different box per line of text, which means guessing where the line might end. You still do top-notch work, and prices are good, but the design tool changes were not good.
I am a returning customer and have been pleased with your service. If you wanted to improve, the on-line design tool could use more options/flexibility. Also, something minor - when I was entering credit card data, etc, it seemed like your fields would not recognize if I used my number keypad.
I had to redo the sign several times. not extremely user friendly but I'm not great at this type of thing either
Been using you for years, but the drop down navigation keeps getting in the way and makes the shopping experience annoying.
eSigns has been my go-to banner print source for five of the last six years. I tried another company last year and was very disappointed, so I'm back this year and don't plan on ever going anywhere else again! It is so simple and fun to design my own banners using their online design tool, I can upload any image I want and the printing is clear and vibrant.
Website was confusing for me, but thank you for providing a 1-800 number with assistance. It made all the difference of me ordering here vs. taking my business elsewhere.

Absolutely HATE drop down screen that tries to sell me something else when I'm working on a design. Your web designer should have to work with it on a laptop for the next ten years.
You need to allow editing within the text that has already been typed. Instead of having a sentence on 1 line, I wanted to change it to 2 lines. Also, do you allow my signs to be proofed before it's shipped?
I thought FedEx air shipping was expensive in order to get them before the election. The signs were very good, and they did arrive on time, as promised.
(comments before receiving sign:) I did not really understand what options I had to specify and/or design the sign as I wanted. I hope it comes out okay, but I am fearful.
(afterward:) The sign I received was fine. Looked good, easy to read, black letters on a white background, even though I was not aware of having been given any choice. However I feel like I just got lucky, as I never really understood how, and to what degree, I was able to specify the details.
Yesterday I tried to order the same exact product, but when I was checking out it was not giving me free shipping. I waited a day and tried again, and obviously this time it worked. However, it would have been nice to have it go through the first time.

The design your own tool is not very user friendly. I had lots of difficulty in moving text boxes around. Otherwise, the tool was great.
Picking sign size was a bit confusing - is it vertical or horizontal measure first? But I figured it out. Also had some issues with uploading files -
I felt deceived with your HALF off promo. I followed your instructions that said to apply promo code on step 3 of checkout. When I did that, a pop up message came up saying :"Oops, cannot apply promo code to items in your shopping cart" How can a person check out if they have no item in their shopping cart? This is deceitful. I will appreciate getting the 50% off as you promised. That's the reason I selected you guys. Thank you. Apart from that the Customer Service young lady that helped me out on the phone was EXCELLENT!

When using your online tools to build my sign, you web page keeps on dropping down big menu bar over my work area whenever I scroll up or down. Very aggravating especially when you can not get it to go away.
I've been designing my own eSigns for advertising several years now and have always been satisfied with the results. I've ordered banner signs, yard signs, and a mesh banner and all have exceeded my expectations. The colors are vibrant and withstand the sun and inclement weather well. I highly recommend eSigns.

I did not like that I needed to re-type all information because I left out a / on the expiration date. I ask a question and the first chat guy closed the conversation without answering that question. Had to reopen that process also.
