The shipping fee is a shock, especially since the advertised turnaround time is apparently not possible without a huge shipping fee.

The lady who answered the phone was fine but didn't explain the benefits of pushing me to log on to my account on-line when I asked to re-order a banner I had previously ordered and had my order # in hand.
Obviously, the reason is because it expedites the order much quicker...which I did receive very quickly as needed. Thank You!
