I am a novice designing signs and do so infrequently. I called and spoke with customer service a couple times while figuring out what I'm doing. Customer service was helpful overall, but what was NOT helpful was to listen to the 'sighs' as the reps were working with me. Again, while they did respond with their professional voice, the side 'sigh' was condescending, and NOT helpful. Your patience is so appreciated...Once again, the audible eye roll is not helpful and should remain inaudible to me. Thank you.
The signs were delivered BEFORE the due date, and looked wonderful! Thank you for a great product that I'm proud to place at the entrance to our neighborhood. Again, the signs were bought by our HOA for our neighborhood, and so they're sure to bring a smile when they see them.
The process was very easy. I was able to upload custom artwork and use their templates. The signs arrived about 5-6 business days after my order and they came out great! My only suggestion would be to have a larger proof to view before placing the order.
The beautiful bright yellow banner was absolutely perfect! I had to spend some time with customer service before I was able to plan my design. They were quite patient and helpful. My banner arrived the same week (I was cutting it close with only 2 days before the event) and was a standout compared to all of the other signs and banners. We had the same sign for many years and time and weather finally got to it. So I looked at lots of other sites and pix of signs but without seeing/poking/touching/tilting etc them I was not sure they were for us. And knew you were and probably would be perfect again. The giant box appeared in just over a week.
The sign is for a library so I set up the messages and it was ready to go. Clear and bright and attractive.
It is just what we needed/wanted. A little heavy but that's ok - great for the wind and snow here in Maine!

I received my signs which were double sided. They were directionally signs On one side the arrow was switched but the dog chasing the bunny was not. It is very confusing! Hopefully I will never have to use the other side but I paid for a double sided sign I wished I did not because it is not a good directional sign. Next time I would order one sided if that is the correct way that your company does signs
Ordered from your store last summer. Good product. This time around, I received the supplies I ordered faster than expected, which was much appreciated. I would recommend your company to anyone that has to use signage and/or supplies relating to signage.
Everything came 2 days early. It was like Christmas we were so excited to see the signs we ordered. The signs looked exactly the way we hoped they would, and we put them out right away to share with the community.

I have received the signs and they are absolutely perfect. The color and the clarity are so nice. I am sure they will be an eye catcher for our business.
We received our order with a very quick turnaround time which was excellent since we needed the banner up asap as the job is already under construction. There was a small tear in the material in the bottom left hand corner of the banner near the grommet. Because of the necessity of getting our banner hung as quickly as possible, I hung the banner as is. There should be more attention to detail during final inspection of your product prior to shipping.

I sent a template that did not match the size sign I requested in my order. I received an email the next morning to this affect, and before I had a chance to call eSigns, a representative called me and confirmed the sizing I wanted.

Never seem to have the right promo code...or it has always expired which is frustrating...but the site is very easy to use. Fast, easy to use, and beautiful graphics! Appreciate your prices for non-profit organizations.
My only complaint is that I wanted to add a sign, and had sent a message after I placed my order. I wish they would have waited to talk to me before shipping the order so I could have added more. They were very fast!

Easy to navigate site and fun to use. Had fun making the sign- My neighbors are beekeepers and sell their honey and the sign that they had was very old and hard to read. When I gave them this they actually had tears in their eyes from joy. They LOVE it.
The banners are wonderful! The only difficulty I experienced was uploading the pictures and getting the banner previewed. I am not sure if it was on my end or not. I have already shared the banners with the softball team and we will be ordering for the girls in the spring.
